“Mattress Factory – Montgomeryville Showroom Review We had a truly wonderful experience at the Mattress Factory in Montgomeryville. From the moment we walked in, Bernie, our salesman, made us feel welcome. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. What stood out most was that we never felt pressured to buy—Bernie took the time to explain what to look for in a mattress and how to properly test them so we could make the best choice for our needs. Thanks to his guidance, we left feeling confident, happy, and completely satisfied with our purchase. We cannot wait for our new mattress to be delivered and are grateful for the excellent service we received. Highly recommend both the Montgomeryville showroom and Bernie for anyone looking for a stress-free, positive mattress-buying experience!”

“The only thing better than the buying options, was the customer experience. Harrison provided hands down the best customer experience I’ve had with a major purchase in over 10 years. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Couldn’t imagine shopping anywhere else. Also took great care of my kid to prevent him from getting bored during the shopping experience.”

“The salesperson was nothing but helpful. Knowing nothing about Sleep Number beds she was more than helpful with our questions plus more than patient with our slumbering from bed to bed trying out the different models. I would indeed recommend anyone to try out a new bed from here. We've had nothing but issues with our sealy posturepedic which we paid way too much for a mattress to have the coils go out in just two years. So much for buying the service protection.”

“I recently purchased a mattress from Robin, I could not say enough nice things about her! She was so sweet and easy to work with, had a wealth of information about the brands and their differences, and took the time to explain all of our purchasing/delivery options. We had a slight mix up with our order, but Robin and the gentlemen at the warehouse took care of everything and fixed it for us no questions asked! Even the delivery drivers were wonderful! They came on time, were very cheery, and super quick to drop off our mattress and take away the old one. Overall everyone we interacted with was wonderful and made this an incredibly easy process!”

“I went in to browse for a new couch and bedroom set. Gabby went above and beyond and picked out a couch I would had never considered, as she helped curate a vision with chairs I have that I showed her. Not to mention, I went in an hour before closing on a Friday just to browse not thinking I’d buy anything that day. Gabby never made me feel rushed and was so, so helpful, and a great interior designer! Very thankful for her kindness and patience when I needed it most.”
