“I recently used New Horizon for my move, and I can honestly say it was one of the best moving experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, their customer service was top-notch—clear communication, quick responses, and a very straightforward booking process. They explained everything upfront, including pricing and what to expect on moving day, so there were no surprises.
On the day of the move, the crew arrived right on time, fully prepared, and ready to get started. They were professional, friendly, and extremely careful with all of my belongings. I really appreciated how they wrapped and protected my furniture, making sure nothing got scratched or damaged.
