“I was so pleased with the great service I received from Kruti and Hillary when I brought in framed artwork that I needed packed to check as baggage for an upcoming plane trip. They were very pleasant and committed to doing good work for me. The packing was perfect and all of the items packed were in great shape when I arrived at my destination. Many thanks!”

“This is located inside Walgreens, which is not clearly marked anywhere online or at the store. I asked the person at the register if this was a FedEx drop off location and they said yes.”

“I just wanted to let you know I received excellent service from FedEx. If you need a resume done because you're looking for a new job, FedEx is the place to go. It's $75 to do your resume and they have a company that takes care of it. They're from India and I want to tell you something. I'm really pleased. Just wanted to let you know because of their excellent work on my resume I did get a job right away. So if you want something done write and correct and they work with you to make sure everything is perfect. This is the place to go get your resume done I've been having my resume done here for a long time. I have to tell you I've never been unsatisfied. I give them an A+ I'm a type of person who is very picky. The person I work with was Casey and her team who did amazing job. I did get a job!”

“There was a long line, but it moved along fairly quickly. When purchasing shipping boxes, the employee told me that if I had a AAA membership I would get a discount. Sweet! I never would have known if he had not informed me.”

“I come to this UPS Store regularly for my Amazon returns and drop-offs. The process is usually quick and easy, and the staff members are always friendly and helpful. The manager is very nice, and the store is usually clean and organized. One thing I really appreciate about this location is how they handle small packaging issues. I’ve been to other UPS Stores where they charged me just to add a little tape or take care of something minor. At this location, if you don’t have exactly what you need, the staff usually tries to help and explain the most affordable way to get your package taken care of instead of automatically charging you for everything. Overall, I’ve had a consistently good experience here. It’s a convenient, dependable location with friendly service, and I appreciate that they try to help customers without making simple returns more expensive than they need to be.”
