“We went to La-Z Boy in Springfield to shop for a recliner. Brook helped us by describing all the different features available for each of the recliners we considered. I was able to narrow down fabric selections to 6 swatches. Since La-Z Boy does not lend out swatches, Brook offered to bring the swatches to our home so I could make the perfect selection. He offered to come the next day and he arrived exactly on time.Brook made the entire selection process both easy and enjoyable. He truly went out if his way to help us make a final selection. I highly recommend both Brook and La-Z boy. La-Z Boy has a large selection of different recliners, many racks of different materials and many features for selection. Brook did everything possible to make this experience as easy and pleasant as possible.”

When I came time for the installation, I contacted him with questions from our electricians. He answered the questions and emailed me instruction sheets for the electricians to use. “I needed a gift for someone who has everything. This little boutique drew me in with their eye catching window display. Upon entering I was greeted and left to look around on my own. This shop is packed with everything you could think of - jewelry, candles, journals, bath products, handbags, crystals, and clothes! So many unique pieces too, lots of one of a kind items. The business owner, Natalie, is kind and engaging and wrapped my gifts (a moss amigo and hand poured candle) carefully. I guarantee you'd be able to find a gift for anyone in this store. “You don't need anything in here but you will definitely want one or two random things - tote bags, thank you card, cocktails mixes, candles, pillows, purses in the shape of a carton of popcorn... This is the perfect place to find a unique gift for someone, (especially if that someone likes pink) ... Including babies, every time I come in here it seems the baby section has expanded. I don't go all out in here because the stuff is a little pricey but it's a fun store to browse. It's more spacious than it looks, I see people maneuvering strollers no problem.”

“I'm very particular about wallpaper and when I began searching for the perfect seamonster/maritime themed wallpaper I knew it wasn't going to be easy. Shortly after walking into Colonial Wallcoverings Paul got right to the point by interrogating me on my entire family lineage, why I'd been to Israel despite my not being Jewish and of course the ins and outs of the Tom Wait's back catalogue. After a brief 3 hours the deal was done and the elusive wallpaper for my new Philly pad was on its way. He even set me up with Gordon the Irish Wallpaper God for the install.I will never buy wallpaper from anybody other than Colonial Wallcoverings for else for the rest of my days. My brother-in-law loves the Philadelphia Eagles, however I was having an insanely tough time finding the fabric-- yet here it was at Gaffney Fabrics! Ordering online was fast and easy. I misread the site and thought that ordering in 1 yard increments meant that it would come pre-cut, so I ordered 5 yards, but left a comment that I only needed three.Kate sent me three yards and a cash refund for the two yards of fabric I paid for but didn't need. “Such a cool variety of plants here - some I haven't seen in person before. Very excited about the polka dot begonia I got! Was given care tips, and they will write them down for you on a card too if you want. The prices are also very reasonable, especially because all of the plants are full, healthy, and clearly well taken care of.There is also the cutest shop dog named Emmett there who was so gentle and sweet. Can't wait to stop in again!”
