“Very clean! Very quick! They have 2 clerk's working & let 5 people at a time in this does not count for people taping up a box or etc. at a countertop. Social distancing rules are being in good use, because of COVID-19 (Corona Virus) Pandemic. Excellent work here! Line moves very fast. Air is comfortable. Not stuff or hot inside & the use sneeze guards to protect themselves (& others). The line starts anywheres on the ramp, but being that they are so very quick with their services it won't take long the line moves shorter. Once one person leaves from the line, another person may pass in. They have a lovely selection of Hallmark cards to choose from. Please vote for the postal services. They deserve $13 a hr. they do a lot of leg work besides using those trucks to get to route & the next location. I had family that worked in Chinatown in Philadelphia so I should know & parking is much more difficulty to find which means a lot, lot more leg work. Carrying those bags up & down steps esp. areas who have their property built to protect their holmes from flooding & their prize possessions not ruined. ;)”

They have produced high-quality posters, business cards, newsletters and flyers with short turnaround time and the best prices. Their UPS shipping services are very convenient, since the parking lot is huge. When I managed a nonprofit, we got furniture,supplies and essentials (coffee fixings) for a great price.They now have an Amazon locker in-store for pickups. “i have rented a lot of mailboxes over the years as i have moved around the country a lot for work and i would have to say that this my experience here was better than most. First off the were quick to respond to my yelp message and once i found their webpage all the info i wanted was easy to find. Also their store has way better hours than i have found anywhere else. I went there that afternoon spoke to an associate got taken care of quickly was explained everything got my box situated. Also they have a great system of scaling up the services you need and what you are charged as your needs or business grows. So you only have to pay for the lowest tier in the beginning and then either keep that low fee or go up to a more expensive one as your services needed grow. In a world of businesses trying to overcharge u for almost everything they can this was a refreshing change. Hopefully this will be just the beginning of a long relationship with this p.o.box provider.”

“I stopped in on the morning of Feb. 10, 2024 to buy a battery for my cordless phone. I had been told on the phone that Staples might and might not have a matching battery. I brought the phone in since I didn't even know how to open the battery hatch. When I bought it at Staples about eight years ago, I never touched the battery. It's only now that it is slowing down. Tech supervisor Cliff found a matching battery and replaced it. He was both efficient and courteous at a time when he was busy with a couple of customers. What a relief to get the right battery and have someone put it in.”

“I am genuinely sad I will no longer be using the Spring Garden Fedex. For no other reason aside from the fact I moved. I use Fedex 5-6/7 days a week for my small business, and have gone to just about every Fedex in a 10 mile radius...Nothing even comes close to the type of customer service and genuine people this location has.Dave (the manager) might be one of the hardest working people I've ever met. I've seen him in there running the store solo, 5 people in line, someone at the printer, and somehow we're all out of there in under 2 minutes. And I'm sure if he see's this, he wont even take the credit for being a big part of why the store is so great, and he'll say something like, "it's because we have an awesome team." Well Dave, yes, the team is great! But your coaching wins championships!Over the past few years, I had the privilege of getting to know basically every staff member. Ladies, I cannot thank you enough for making me feel like family. You put a smile on my face every morning and every evening. My Fedex trips are not even close to the same without you all. I hope you know how much I appreciate everything you guys did in making me feel like more then a customer.Every morning and every evening I was greeted with a genuine "hello" or "how was your day?" and i'm not talking about the fake Chik Fil A robot type of greeting, I mean everyone really cared!Over the last 2ish years, I'd seen some of the rudest patrons snap on these incredible people for no reason! Like it's their fault your package is a day late or make up the shipping prices? Anyway, once the next customer was up, it was as if nothing had happened...Frankly, I don't know if I would have enough will power to not hop the counter and ship a customers face overnight express (uninsured).At peak rush, there was always 2 registers moving the line lightning fast. If someone was having trouble on the printers/copiers, help was there before the customer could even turn around and ask.I hope this long review doesn't get skipped over by those looking for a reputable, friendly, and fast location. If I wasn't an hour away, I'd still use this location. Because you won't find another with people like this.To the incredible people of 1816 SG Fedex, Thank you for everything!”

“I used TSI to move 15 boxes from Jersey City to San Diego and was super impressed by their costumer service, quality of care with my moving boxes, and price. I called several moving companies prior to reaching out to TSI and was met with incredibly high rates and salespeople accustomed to using scare tactics to lock you into dropping a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure a pick up. I worked with Max Huber at TSI for my move and was so impressed by his friendliness, honesty, and frequent communication. By the time I was ready to book a pickup, I felt well versed in TSI’s policies and procedures. I’m hoping to stay rooted in San Diego, but if I ever need to move back east, I would 100% book again with TSI.”

I had to file a claim for a lost package (to no fault of the Lansdowne USPS) early Saturday evening and no less than half an hour later, I get a call from Lansdowne USPS. Beyond excellent customer service. I have a dedicated Postal Service worker, delivering mail as late as 9pm some nights. They're going through a lot right now and trust me, they care.
