“I had my transmission blow out on my way to work one morning and once my insurance company finally towed it to West Deptford (11 hrs later, after they’d closed 😒) I got a call the next morning that they had identified the issue, and provided me a quote for the repair. The price was fair and in line with the market cost for the job. I was given an accurate timeline for the repair and the staff was friendly and attentive whenever I called to check in. I needed a full transmission rebuild, and they explained the root cause of the failure, why it needed a replacement and did not try to upsell me on anything other that what I needed to get driving again. The team was so kind as to pick me up from a rental car agency the day my vehicle was fixed because I wasn’t able to get another ride to the shop. Everyone I spoke to was kind, patient and honest. They understand that auto repair is something that no one plans for and no one is happy about, and displayed a great commitment to the craft and professionalism.”

“Yesterday I got back from vacation and my truck battery was dead. My neighbor helped me jump it and I was able to make it to North Evergreen before it died at the intersection. The guys at the shop brought out a jump box and helped me across the street. It was 15 minutes before close and they installed a new battery for me in that time. Lucky I died out front of First Choice Auto Repair & Tire Center. Thanks again.”

“Joe was awesome in his work! I purchased (4) tires, after the work was completed I was informed they only accepted cash! I don't walk around with hundreds of dollars in cash. Anyways I was judged by another employee whom pretty much stated I wouldn't be back to pay for my service! I'm a god fearing woman who knows you reap what you sow ! I left credit cards driver license pretty much my entire wallet as calaterarel 10 minutes later I returned and paid my bill and gave a nice tip to JOE for his trust and understanding, letting the other gentleman know NOT EVERYONE IS DISHONEST, ESPECIALLY NOT ME ! Needless to say he tried to be nice afterwards, as I let him know sometimes you just have to give it to the LORD and let him deal with DISHONEST people! Thanks Joe & I'll return for you to work on some other repairs im in need of for my vehicle. Truly appreciate your service and understanding ?? ❤️”
