Truck Rental in Latrobe, PA

“I’ve been using U-Haul storage units for about two years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The unit itself was very clean, climate-controlled, and secure, which gave me peace of mind knowing my possessions were well-protected.

The staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. There was one time when I was late with a payment, and when I called to explain the situation, they were very understanding and even waived the late fee as a courtesy. That level of customer service really stood out to me.

If I ever need a storage unit again in the future, I will definitely choose U-Haul. I’d also recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to store their cared-about possessions. Their service and facilities are top-notch!”

“This place went above and beyond to make sure I got my equipment on time they even help me before they open because I could not get the app to work on a contactless checkout. But the employees here are amazing the facility is spotless The equipment is in tip top shape and Paula deserves a raise she was there an hour and 15 minutes early thank heavens”

“Lou took very good care of me. I was in a tough spot due to my main vehicle having mechanical issues. I called rent a wreck and within 5 minutes he had me reserved in a very clean and affordable car for the week, much nicer and less expensive than the major rental companies. He also accommodated my needs that I asked him to, which he didn’t have to do-but he did because he was a good guy. I would, and will if the situation arises use rent a wreck again. You definitely cannot go wrong choosing them.”

“The owner went above and beyond to make my experience smooth. He took and made MULTIPLE calls outside of his set work hours to make sure we got what we needed in a timely matter . He helped me troubleshoot payment issues and did things at my convenience when he could’ve done them to benefit himself. He was very clear about the contract and the purchase I was making. He went in depth to explain the details to me. He set my reservation up in a way to be very cost effective to me and not line his own pockets like other businesses. He made pick up of the vehicle a breeze. I sadly rented through him during a large move across the state therefore I probably won’t make reservations with him again anytime soon. If you’re looking for guidance or undecided on which location to rent from I promise this is your guy! He’s in it to help others, not for any gain or cause mass confusion like other places. Go the extra minute or mile and support him!”

“Purchased a truck from Phey Hoyman and it had a couple issues that he resolved immediately. I'm very happy with Phey's good communication and quick action to do whatever it takes to "make it right" I recommend Sales Manager Phey Hoyman!”
