Employees seem to always be helpful and smiling, with a ton of employees waiting to help customers as soon as they walk in. Staff are extremely friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing the best quality and service and great customer experience. The store is helpful for finding what is needed. A convenient feature is the restrooms located at the front, including a family restroom. Many customers report it is one of their favorite stores, providing a best experience.
I went to Latrobe Lowe’s. I had a hanging plants project I needed help with. Roon, an associate helped me from start to finish. He was so kind and helpful!!! I left feeling confident and happy! Thank you Roon! You’re the coolest!!!

One of my favorite lowes. Stands out from other Lowe's stores due to the convenient location, and indoor lumber yard. It seems less packed than other Lowe's. I like the seemingly slower pace and employees seem to always be helpful and smiling.
