I purchased the car remotely, so shipping was an important part of the experience. I was originally told the car would arrive in about 5 days, but the driver ended up needing about 3 extra days. At first, I was disappointed because I was excited to receive the car, but I understood the situation. The driver explained that he could only safely travel around 300 miles a day, and I completely respect that. It’s better for him to take breaks and get some rest than to rush and put himself or anyone else on the road at risk.
The car arrived safely and was exactly what I was expecting. Overall, I’m very pleased with the purchase and appreciate the communication along the way. I would definitely consider buying from them again.”
