“I had a recently purchased 2008 Subaru Forester inspected by Crespo Auto a few weeks ago. Will’s prices were very fair, and I appreciated his thorough texts keeping me updated. (I opted for texts rather than phone calls.) Though the car passed inspection, I chose to get the brakes done as well since this car will be driven by my teenager, who is a new driver, and Will’s pricing was excellent! It was a very positive experience, and my family and I will be using Will exclusively for all auto repair needs in the future! (The handwritten thank you message from Will’s young son on the back on the bill was adorable and made me smile!)”

“I just had a mobile visit to fix a recall. He was exactly on time. How often does that happen? The technician’s name is Velez, Fernandez and he was awesome!! He was so polite and finished in just a few minutes. How often can anyone say they’ve had such positive experiences with a car dealership? I have been a customer of Tom Masano’s since September and will continue to bring my Bronco to the dealership for everything concerning my Bronco. Keep up the great work!! You are all awesome!!”

“I called Peter after reading another reviewer who was buying a car from out of town. I was also coming from out of state to buy a reconstructed car. I needed a local mechanic to go over the car for me before I drove 3 hours to buy it. In this case, I arranged for Peter to help the seller by performing the enhanced inspection for him (since it was still salvage). Then while he had the car I had him go over additional items and test drive it for me. Peter was awesome! Called me several times to see specifically what I wanted him to check and then reported what he found. He texted me pictures of the repaired areas as well. His receptionists were very knowledgeable too and assisted along the way. His price was very reasonable, and in the end it worked out for me to make the trip to buy the car after the rebuilt title came back. The seller and I met at his shop and he showed me in person some of the things he found earlier. His office did the title paperwork and transit tag for me as well and notorized my bill of sale. Great service, honest evaluation and very good price. Thank you Peter for your help!”

“We just purchased a new to us travel trailer from Tom Schaeffer this weekend. Our sales person Gabby was so great. She didn’t try to pressure us into buying anything, she showed us everything we wanted to see, was completely transparent and friendly. When we picked up, the team was incredibly thorough. Tom was the gentleman who showed us all the features and functionality of the camper. He took his time, was funny and knowledgeable. I could tell he really wanted to make sure we were happy and don’t have any questions left unanswered. Then there was a team who helped us with hookup and made sure everything was correct and safe. When I saw the camper for the first time I could tell it might need a bath, which Gabby said the detail team would do before we picked up. “This repair shop is unlike any that I have ever experienced. We travel 5 months a year, much of the time driving. Passing through Reading, my old home town, it was time for an oil change. Our Honda CRV has 62 thousand miles and also in need for a thorough checkup and this is exactly what they offered. They found a number of issues and promptly took of them. “I can't say enough or know where to begin I was in dire straights with my car overheating and leaking I took my car here as fast as possible praying it wouldn't seize the engine they put it immediately on the lift knew right away it was the water pump...my thoughts immediately oh no this is gonna cost me....I was so blessed for one that it was covered under warranty but to add the owner said no charge for the $135 dollar diagnostic charge wow wow wow I guess it was my unlucky holiday weekend that turned lucky in that one instant for such a thoughtful mechanic/owner He definitely earned a customer and way more then 5 stars for his generosity and honesty I will always highly recommend this place to anyone thanks again EKS”
