From the moment we made contact I knew that he would take care of my needs and get me into the vehicle I was after. From coming in on his days off and answering the many questions thrown his way, he helped to reassure me and make the process seamless.
As an out of state buyer he helped to complete my trade-in and purchase of a vehicle without a hitch. The numbers we spoke about were what was on the final documents, and am extremely happy with that. Vlad has the same passion as I do for BMW and he was almost more enthusiastic about my new car than me!
