“Excellent and honest service! My wife and I got stranded on our way from PA to NJ because our shifter got stuck. I called this shop, and even with my limited English, the owner was incredibly patient and kind. Instead of trying to charge me for a tow, he told me exactly what to search for on YouTube to fix it myself. It worked perfectly! I even stopped by his shop afterward to thank him, and he checked our car to make sure we were safe to continue our trip. Highly recommended!

“I've been coming here over the last year and every visit is an absolute delight! The service is exceptional and I appreciate that they take the time to break down and explain everything to me. Also, the prices are very fair! All of the techs and the manager are very kind, friendly, and professional even when dealing with difficult customers. Today I watched them handle a customer who was clearly trying to cause a scene to get a discount. Despite the unreasonable and unnecessary behavior, the techs remained completely calm, polite, and professional. I was highly impressed with how they handled the situation and can say I have never met a better group of guys! I wouldn't have anyone else work on my vehicle. 10/10 will continue to be a returning loyal customer!”

“Someone by the name of Dave helped me, and he was extremely helpful and kind. I had my car towed there and Dave made sure I was taken care of. No one else would squeeze me in, but Dave made it happen. I am super grateful for his kindness. I was able to get my car back and get my child to the doctor to get her some antibiotics for her ear infection. These guys are AMAZING! They truly care about their customers!”

“I had a fantastic experience with BMW of Reading. My BMW client advisor, Vlad Sarlat, was the most professional, dedicated and enthusiastic advisor I have ever worked with. From the moment we made contact I knew that he would take care of my needs and get me into the vehicle I was after. From coming in on his days off and answering the many questions thrown his way, he helped to reassure me and make the process seamless.
As an out of state buyer he helped to complete my trade-in and purchase of a vehicle without a hitch. I loved how they sent me a link to view the results of the inspection to include pics, recommendations, must dos and what I could defer to a later date. Then they called me to review. Wow! “Update - August 2026.Brought my vehicle here for the fourth time. This time it was for inspection only.I brought it in at 7:30am and they took it right in immediately. After my inspection was completed the mechanic took it for a quick test drive and I was out the door. These guys are extremely professional, reasonable and easy to talk to. Finally an establishment I can trust and take my vehicle to without a sales pitch. Rob and the owner are great guys. I highly recommend this business to get your vehicle worked on. “I can't say enough or know where to begin I was in dire straights with my car overheating and leaking I took my car here as fast as possible praying it wouldn't seize the engine they put it immediately on the lift knew right away it was the water pump...my thoughts immediately oh no this is gonna cost me....I was so blessed for one that it was covered under warranty but to add the owner said no charge for the $135 dollar diagnostic charge wow wow wow I guess it was my unlucky holiday weekend that turned lucky in that one instant for such a thoughtful mechanic/owner He definitely earned a customer and way more then 5 stars for his generosity and honesty I will always highly recommend this place to anyone thanks again EKS”
