“I'm always treated well and service is quick and efficient: in and out of the door in a couple minutes, if that. Staff has always been friendly and professional, and when they see my kids, they always offer them candy. Only minor inconvenience is them being closed during lunch time and ending their workday near the time I get off work: there have been a couple of times I tried mailing something during my lunch time and finding them closed, or trying to mail something on my way home after work, only to find them closed as well.”

“I almost always get quick and friendly service here. I've been here numerous times to witness the employees at the front counter assisting other customers and helping people to use the most appropriate service for their packages.”
“This particular post office is pretty good. Occasionally they get swamped but that's like anywhere else. USPS itself needs some overhauling, they keep raising rates but keep losing and/or stealing mail. And sometimes they don't scan items when delivered.”
“Easy to send out packages to where you need your packages to go. You can prepare packages beforehand or get them set up here at their station. Much respect to the employees that handle the customers' requests. They go through a lot of customers that do not know how to handle their request and have to be advised. I would always recommend coming prepare with the information that you need and they will work with you. I will always say that working in customer service is never easy. If it was easy to do their job then you be sending it out yourself and not go to professionals to handle your business so a little respect is always important.”

“Always have a good experience there. I just moved here 6 months ago and never had a PO box before and it's been a learning curve for me. But that's also why it's a 4 stars for me. I think we should have mailboxes. It's a bit outdated to just have PO boxes. No one has time to check a PO everyday”
