“For the Muslim community in the area, there's a great selection of Halal certified meats and poultry. There's ground beef, steaks, chicken and more that have a halal certification. Great find!”

“Love Grannie's grocery. I've been shopping here since 1995 when I lived in my first apartment in Conestoga so it was nice & convenient I'd stop on my way home from work. Watch the expiration dates. Grannie's always stocks about 5 varieties of fresh block cheeses like Heidi Anne Lacy swiss, sharp cheddar, Munster, etc. which come in handy for diy charcuterie boards for parties! On today's visit they had fresh produce, dairy case including 5+ flavors of homemade whole milk yogurt, Turkey Hill and Swiss drinks, frozen foods case {including name brand froz. vegetables, ice cream, french fries & pizza snacks}, sliced deli meats & cheeses, snacks, chips, beverages, juice boxes, sports drinks, cases 16.9 oz spring water, huge selection of canned foods (fruit, vegs, soup, Alfredo and red pasta sauces, tomato {sauce, puree, diced}, canned pinto, black, Lima, kidney beans, canned mushrooms; health & beauty products including hair color, girls & women's hair accessories, hairbrushes, combs, cosmetics; Styrofoam plates & bowls, paper plates & bowls, plastic utensils, Solo brand cups, plastic wraps, foil, tp, paper towels, deep dish 13x9 foil pans 75c each, extra large foil lasagne pans, facial tissue, baking aisle including oil, flour, sugar, extracts, cake and brownie mixes, name brand cereal aisle including oatmeal and cream of wheat, cookies, crackers; dog food, wet and dry cat food, name brand wet cat food 10/$3, dry cat food 14 lb/$11.59, cat litter 20 lb/$7. “This place has some neat things. Clothing, house hold items, furniture, cleaning supplies, food, shoes, toys, garden supplies, flowers, ect. this place is similar to Ollie's in my opinion. This place can be hit or miss but worth your time stop by and check out what they have to offer.”

“This place is fun to visit! Goods finds are definitely hit or miss, though. I either spend more than I planned or walk out empty handed. I do recommend following them on Facebook. They post items regularly and you are able to claim, pay over the phone and pick up later in the day.”
“This is one of my favorite Amish stores to go to!? Rather small store and the aisles are narrow but the shelves are packed with fun things to look at. Have a nice selection of fabric, books, toys, housewares etc. Service is fast and accurate!? Very reasonably priced.”

“It's a nice place, they have lots of things, but there is an air about the place. It's like a discount Ollie's in a way, while they have some fun things, some of the things are less than great, some items are thrown around and placed at random. If you are looking for a place with loads of stuff and aren't near an Ollie's, this could be a good place to go.”

“The assistant manager working on 2/14 is one of the sweetest people and makes things right. I ran into an issue with delivery / couponing and had to go to the store to resolve the issue. I had a major attitude on the phone due to the issue and was not pleasant to deal with and he was still so kind and showed me so much grace and understanding and worked until he resolved the issue.”
“The store is great, good prices. My only reason for the 4/5 stars is because of the women’s bathroom. That hasn’t been cleaned or managed in quite some time. Pictures I took are shortly after opening at 9:00AM. The hot water faucet doesn’t work either.”

“I rarely do this, so please make sure whoever reads this that it gets to the proper source. My wife and I just pulled the old typical ccustomer "I'll be quick and started browsing at 8:45pm" thing at 9ur local Dollar General. We have both worked retail before and know what thats like so we tried to hurry but still cut it close. There were two employees on at the time, a woman (i didnt get her name) and Eric. Before this sounds like a complaint, i gotta say, not only were they super nice and engaging, we didnt feel like a burden at all, even though they are almost done working hard on their shift. So much so, we may have even run them after 9. But i dont believe that people go out of their way enough to compliment as much as they negatively attack people with their opinions. So the reason I am writing such an insanely long review here is Eric. I'll be honest. I used to be one of those customers that avoided your store like the plague only because everything in their isnt a dollar. I know...i know....very cliche, but it's the truth. The first time i was helped by Erik, i have gone out of my way to shop at any Dollar General (in particular Paradise) because of his proffesionalism and his eagerness to provide excellent customer service to us. He has had an answer for any question, has never made any mistakes on our behalf and has consistently provided my wife and I with a first rate shopping experience on more than one occasion. I cant spend youre money for you, so me telling you to give him a raise probably isnt going to cut it, but keep your eye on him for future promotion opportunities because he is an employee you cant afford to go unnoticed for too long. All i can say is, from one fish in the ocean, Erik single handedly made your brand a household staple here and we just wanted to make sure his hard work and enthusiasm gets some recognition. Keep up the good work, thank you for your time, and im sure we will see you again.”
“I have been shopping here for quite a long time and I think this family Dollar store in The cloister shopping Center is the best and cheapest store around and the people are very friendly you ask them to help you look for something they don't complain they just come and say can we help you find what you need hun that's nice and the store is very clean and every time that I went to that family Dollar store they always had what I wanted and when my mother was alive she also shot there she was in a wheelchair with one leg because of diabetes and also my father used to go there to back in 2007 at stores been there for many years and I'm proud of that store and I love it there it's the only original place left every other place around the Ephrata area either burned down or disappeared or went out of business but family Dollar they're still there so people you want to shop at a nice little store with very nice employees that are willing to go out of their way to help you and they practically have everything that you can want go and shop at family Dollar in the cloister shopping Center and I will say it again I think it's the best little store around keep up the good work all you people at family Dollar. ??????”

“This is my go to Dollar Tree. We have many Dollar Trees in Lancaster County but I choose to go to this one. It is usually the most stocked and has the widest variety of items. My insider tip for Dollar Tree is that sometimes you will get an amazing bargain. ( I once found a 15 dollar body wash for 1.25 and 100 men’s Centrum for 1.25). If this happens buy them all! You will never see them again. This applies to anything you buy at dollar tree. There is no guarantee you will be able to pick up the same thing on separate visits. Heed this advise accordingly, but don’t be too greedy.”
