“I couldn’t be more impressed with this repair shop from start to finish. The quality of the repair was exceptional—they are absolute wizards with cars. After the repair, my vehicle warms up and reaches operating temperature faster than it ever did before. My car looks basically brand new since the crash and operates incredibly smoothly. They even cleaned the inside of my car, which was such an amazing extra touch—I’m honestly obsessed with the scent and would love to know what cleaning solution they used!
The customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, professional, and extremely communicative. They took the time to explain the entire insurance process, including how they worked directly with my insurance company regarding the supplemental quote. They were also very transparent about what insurance would and wouldn’t cover (like not paying for a new battery) and kept me informed about when my car would be done. I especially loved their text messaging program that sent regular updates—it made everything so easy and stress-free.
My car was ready on the date they promised, and even better, it was finished just before closing so I could pick it up the same day. They also explained how they work alongside Enterprise, which allowed me to leave my rental there and drive my car home without worrying about finding rides or extra accommodations.
I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone—and I already have to friends and family. The entire process was seamless, I always felt informed, and the results exceeded my expectations. Truly top-tier service and workmanship!”

“This place is great, I had to get a few panels replaced on my new enclosed trailer as well as some other odds and ends and they were awesome. Clean, organized and got it done super fast! After getting the trailer back, we noticed a small issue with the roof... they said send the trailer back up here, they handled the issue and were in constant contact with me for the duration the trailer was there. “I absolutely recommend Superior to anyone looking for an honest reliable company! These guys are so kind, they definitely know their stuff, and they aren't looking to get as much money out of you as possible, which is why I will continue to use them and recommend them! They have helped me out with different things on different vehicles, on my old 2023 sportage one of my kids decided to open my door into a pole in the garage that left a nice dent but not a large dent, I had gotten an estimate from another collision repair company and it would have cost me between $2000 and $3000 because they were going to take the door off, repaint, all these unnecessary things, Superior it cost me around $500 or less and because there was no damage to the paint where the dent was they were able to pull the dent out (along with a couple other little ones I had noticed before dropping my car off) and you couldn't tell they were ever there when they were done! I just took my current car there because of some light scratches on my hood, head light, and corner of front bumper after being run off the road by someone running a stop sign (we were being watched over that day considering those light scratches were all the damage that was done) and I was in and out in less than a half hour with no remnants of those scratches ever being there when they were done! I hate to say I have a collision repair shop on speed dial (you know with kids and the unexpected incidents that come with driving) but I'm glad to say that at least that collision repair shop is one I completely trust and know that they care about their customers! These guys will always be my go to and I am more than happy to send anyone who is looking for the services they offer to them because they have more than earned this 5 star review every single time I've needed them! A huge thank you and shout out to the guys at superior paint for being everything a company should be, kind, friendly, quick to respond, affordable and not trying to break their customers pocket, honest, and just genuinely good people! Like I always say, I hope I don't ever have to see you again (because if I do that means something else happened to one of our vehicles) but if the need arises I will definitely be back haha!”
“I recently had to use Paul's auto body shop for a fender bender incident along with a hit & run that all occurred in less than a week of one another. I was given an estimate by the insurance adjuster. It did not include the damage from the hit n run but Paul's auto body did an amazing job.fixing everything. The only thing, I did have to call everyday for an update. I was quoted a two day turnaround time by the adjuster but I didn't get my car back for 5 days. I didn't ask for a rental car since I was off work those two days. This was my fault but I was getting a bit frustrated with the big delay. I was very happy with the results I've I did get my car back. I definitely works recommend this body shop to my family and friends. THANK YOU PAUL'S BODY SHOP FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB ?”

After running tests, he determined my car battery was dead, so he was able to procure a new and drove a great distance to get a new car battery and replace it so that I could safely drive again. “I have been going to Hagy’s for years. My car had previously gone to other shops who couldn’t find out what was wrong or wouldn’t take the time. Hagy’s took the time to take my car apart and really figure out what the issue was. Instead of just fixing something and then a week later having to have it back to a shop to get something else done. Westy is very honest in his transactions and will not price gouge you. You are missing out if you do not take your vehicle here.”
“Have you ever got stuck when your truck/trailer breaks down in unknown territory or out of your state and you have nobody nearby to call..?. Well google can be your savior. When I googled ‘ Tractor/Trailer repair near me’ .. Fleet Pride or Garden spot Frames & Alignment in Denver, PA.’ So I read the reviews and decided to call. A worm receptionist lady answered the phone and directed my concerns to service foreman ( A senior Mechanic leader). The foreman came to the phone like he expected me, very warm and helpful. This was my trigger to get my truck repairs done with these people. Oh! Boy! this was my best decision in choosing a repair shop over ten years in the industry. As soon as I parked my truck at the facility, this man came out and greeted me and asked me about my problems with the truck. He checked it right-away there, as it was his truck and he assigned me a door to pull in… Amazing service!! Just late on to find out that he is the big boss ( foreman) I talked to on the phone before I came in to the shop.The technician who worked on my truck was very skilled and he new what he was doing.Everyone around that place seemed happy and helpful.. I’m from Atlanta, GA in this strange place and meeting nice people who knows about repairing a truck professionally, made my day.. the price was reasonable considering the agency and the time it too to get me back on the rood the same day without over night stay.I would recommend any body to this repair shop .. I forgot to mention, it is very clean every where.I give them 5 stars…If you have issues with your truck and Trailer give them a call.”

Alex checked out my battery and said that my alternator was bad. He then hooked up my truck and towed it to my local garage which was an hour away.
