Terribly rude pharmacy personnel. If you discarded the reviews from 5 years ago and older, the overall rating of this store would be close to one star. Obviously the store management doesn't care but with such bad reviews, it's obvious that upper corporate management doesn't care.

Not customer oriented at all. They will try to say differently tho. Make reviews of other pharmacies and go somewhere else. Sent a reply for my prescription pick up, and the message came back," I don't understand". This place is ridiculously inhuman.

This place is the worse place in Lebanon county. Every time I come here there is an issue. So I get here at 145 pm they on lunch what they deserve not a problem. So they open I'm standing on line they guy says it's not ready ok I'll wait. Calls me 5 minutes in the speaker that's it ready. Go to get it and he says I have to stand on line again. Like serious I was on line and now you want me stand on line again. Couldn't put no stars or I would.

CVS Pharmacy staff in Lebanon aren’t friendly staff members.The Target CVS seems to have the nicer ones and less likely to mess up.

Went in with a paper prescription. D*** girl with black hair behind the counter said it was missing information. Went to Rite Aid and had no issue. Staff need retrained or fired.

In the 4 years coming to this CVS we have never encountered a rude employee. They always ask if we need any help. ...ask questions at checkout to see if we need anything...provide information about any coupons we use. We say they all deserve a 10 rating..especially Michael and Jodi in the pharmacy!!

ZERO STARS! Hate your job? Rude to everyone? This is the job for you! Apparently, this is a prerequisite to work at this pharmacy. I have not had one good experience with this pharmacy. I've stood in line while a confused elderly man was treated like complete trash. The staff is so unprofessional and talks down on every single client that comes to the counter. If it takes any additional work for them to fill/transfer a prescription, forget it! They do the bare minimum. If your prescription is on automated refill, forget it. They don't fill it until you're there waiting for an hour. Some serious customer service training needs conducted or a complete overhaul of the work staff themselves. Honestly, you all should be ashamed of the way you treat people. It's honestly unacceptable. I changed my pharmacy over a year ago and cringed when I heard I had to have contact with this pharmacy today. I was not surprised when again, I was spoken to like a child and received no help.

If it is possible to give zero stars, this would be the place to do it. The pharmacy employees are some of the rudest people I have ever met. They have major attitudes and are even extremely rude to elderly people who are not as fluent with the use of technology. Additionally, they NEVER answer their phone. I have waited for over 45 minutes on the phone to be connected and they just blatantly ignore it, which you will directly observe when waiting in the lines at the actual pharmacy. If for some reason they are unclear about a prescription that was sent, they will just simply ignore it and not contact you. They frequently do not even have the prescriptions that are sent and will not call any other CVS to see if they have it-- they make you, as the customer do this. There is no point in making any appointments here, because again, you will wait 30 minutes after your appointment "until someone can get to you". Also, if a prescription is sent to them, they will wait to fill it until you call the store, enter your rx number, and select the option for "on your way" to pick it up-- otherwise, plan to wait days. CVS should be ashamed to call this a pharmacy. Thank goodness a new one opened up in Target across the road and I never have to deal with this one again.

unbelievable rude woman answering the phone. we moved to area several months ago . i initiated prescription transfer thru cvs website. when i attempted several calls to refill an as needed refill i was told to call my pcp as "they don't have it" my pcp said contact them again and do not use the refill number but talk to staff directly. This person interrupted me several times as I tried to explain and rudely told me everyone knows you cant use the same refill number once you transfer to a new cvs. she the said "someone" made an error in transferring our profiles. When I asked if it would now be refilled she said yes but hung up before I could ask her about when this would be filled. CVS this is yourfront line staff - surely you can do better!!!!

This pharmacy rarely has anything in stock. They always have to order out for medicine and do not seem to refill prescriptions on a regular basis as other pharmacies do. Even when they order for more medications, they can not verify that it will arrive in their weekly shipment. They also rarely pick up the phone. Today alone I have been waiting for someone to pick up the phone on 3 different instances. One of the times I waited for an hour for someone to pick up the phone. There was still no response. If you desperately need something from this pharmacy, plan weeks ahead, otherwise use a different pharmacy. There is a Rite Aid only minutes down the road that is quick to fill prescriptions and has much better customer service. The Rite Aid also has a drive-thru.

My husband had cold symptoms, went to the doctor and they said he had covid, doctor sent in a prescription, but when we went direct from doctor to get prescription, they would not let him in to get it, I am going to pick it up, but what if he had no one to get it for him. They didn't even offer to deliver! This cvs is so horrible

If I could give 0 stars, I would.Awful service from the pharmacy. Tried having prescriptions filled on 3 different occasions and CVS messed them up every time. Now I have to go through dealing with insurance to correct CVS's mistakes because they "don't see the problem". Very poorly managed CVS, would not recommend
