Brought in my 85 year old mother for her flu shot. Made an appt in advance and we sat for well over half an hour with nobody else in the lobby area, 5 workers behind the counter and a whole lot of personal conversation about kids football, dinner, tik tok and jokes as we just sat. No explanation or consideration for the fact that they just had an 85 year old lady just sitting. So disappointing, I’m use to going to another Rite Aid where customers matters.

I've found the customer service of the pharmacy staff here to be abysmal. I won't go here again. If you can walk or drive just a bit further to any of the other pharmacies in the area, save yourself the grief and stress of dealing with these people and do it!

For a pharmacy, it has knowledge staff and would give it a 5. Love going to get my prescriptions there and always was able to get my answers. For a store, I'd give it a 1 because many of the staff are always looking in a pi**ed off mood or talking to others. Then when I try to get cash back using what they offer on their system, I am told in the mornings they don't have the cash to give cash back. During the evenings, they won't break the bills because they don't have smaller bills like 2 five dollar bills. Why give the options if there is so many restrictions? They tell me to call customer service to complain and they are as useless as a therapist at wellspan. I feel they are ill prepared and blames it on the banks (I even am told they are not a bank, what a nice way to belittle me). I tried their excuse once and was able to get $100 in single bills... So they are just not willing to do it or plan for itLastly, what's with the camera looking section near the keypad of the card payment section?I felt the staff are just there for a dollar because they do as they are told. They won't take your concerns seriously because you should call some 1800 number for rite aid customer service...but will take the time to argue with you.

At one time, I thought it was the front store clerks that were rude and racist, but it is also those who work in the pharmacy. You guys really need to get it together.

Received Shingles immunization. First immunization pharmacist didn’t identify herself and didn’t confirm my identity and what I was there fire. The second half of the immunization I tried to coach her and explain why it is important so as to not get the wrong patient or wrong immunization.

This store used to be the friendliest store pharmacy that I have experienced. I've gone here nearly 10 yrs and never had problems like I do with this new manager or "acting" manager. She refuses coupons that were damaged I. The mail and it's a perk that barely helps the amount of money I spend, since I go here most often for things from food to clothes to makeup to holiday items because I walk. I bought makeup towards closing last night and didn't receive it In my bag. It's not for me it was even a gift because my friend could not afford to buy it. Of course the same manager is there this morning and argued spoke overe and denied not giving it to me. I received 2 bags of which were food. Idk who would put delicate makeup with heavy food items, but she swears she did. She did not. I have my reciept, and half my purchase was this makeup because I received money for my recent birthday. Do not go here unless you want to see a judgemental rude manager who doesn't do the right thing for her daily shoppers. We have no value and those, like me that do the surveys for corporate, are not appreciated either. I believe it's partly due to the way I look that she doesn't seem as "normal"I'll be reaching further as well. Thank you

if you want to have problems everytime you go for a prescription this is the place for you. my s/o started a very important med a few months ago that gets replaced frequently. every single time we go in here there seems to be problems. for reference he sent in his prescription early so they would have it done on the day he needed it "2 weeks early" and he went in today to them telling him that they can't give him the meds because "they don't have it in stock" and he has to wait 2 days for very important medication he takes everyday BECAUSE THEY DIDNT ORDER ENOUGH OF THE MEDS. 2 weeks early and they still can't even do their job properly. i would give 0 stars if i could. switching pharmacies for sure

I tried this pharmacy after an insurance change no longer covers the chain I usually went to, but I'll look for somewhere else in the future.Vaccination appointments and filling out info online in advance doesnt seem to matter as I still had to wait about 45 minutes while they inputted everything again. The associates all seemed distracted, frazzled and well behind as customers came in and complained about not having their prescriptions ready yet. Eventually got my shots and the pharmacist was friendly but already a poor experience by then.

Decent pharmacy. Being a convenience store, everything is overpriced. The store is neat, everything is where it belongs, I never have any issues with that. However, the pharmacy area is disorganized, takes forever for them to look for a prescription just to tell you that it's not ready. I watched the cashier struggle to look for my prescription, couldn't find it, for the pharmacy tech to tell her it wasn't ready. They need to implement a system, there were orders everywhere. If the system is overwhelmed, hire more workers or close until it is caught up.

If I could give a 0 I would. I have always been a big fan of rite aid. Went there today for a scheduled covid test at 1230pm. Got at drive thru at 1204, waiting on at 1220. Said they to wait for pharmacist and could I pull around while they sign on to system of quest. When I pulled back around,1235, pharmacist says they can't get on quest system and I needed to go some where else. I asked him to find me another place and he comes back 5 minutes later and tells me to go to another rite aid store 6 minutes away and they will take me. Get to the other rite aid store and they tell me they told him I needed an appointment and they could not see me right now. Tried to do on lunch hour for cruise requirement but this pharmacist lied.

In fun news Riteaid at this location has soda stream items. That is not the best part. The best part is you can bring you empty CO tubes and exchange them for new ones at a discounted price. No more sending these tubes in the mail and waiting for your discounted tube. This was an amazing find. ?

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!! WORSE PHARMACY!!On July 2nd, we went to the drive thru for a PCR test. I noticed the test tube was not labeled and informed the pharmacist. She said they will print the label and would add it to the test tube later. The pharmacist failed to label the PCR test sample, even after I informed the her that the test tube was not labeled. As a result, Quest Diagnostics did not receive the test results which resulted in a cancelled trip which ultimately cost us hundreds of dollars. I called the pharmacy and spoke with the Pharmacy Manager, Jennalyn. She offered solutions that didn’t make sense, for example, she suggested taking an at home test although I informed her the test was for travel purposes. (PcR test req'd for travel) After some prompting, she agreed to see if she could connect with Quest Diagnostics to see if the rep that does pick up at that location could identify the test tube that was not labeled. She said she reached out to them however, based on her prior suggestions and lack of response, I doubt she called them.Jennalyn said she would escalate to the District Pharmacy Manager who was supposed to be visiting the pharmacy that day, July 2nd. Jennalyn assured me she would follow up after speaking with the District Manager. She did not follow up. I called a few days later and requested to speak with her. The pharmacist that picked up said Jennalyn was busy on the line with the insurance company and would call me back. Not surprisingly, Jennalyn did not follow up.The lack of response and poor solution focus from Jennalyn, the pharmacy manager, tells me she simply did not care about the grave inconvenience for our family.
