Hours: Union Community Care is a very busy office that provides essential services, particularly for those who need it and cannot afford it, serving a multitude of patients. The pharmacy is wonderful, with friendly and professional staff who thoroughly explain medications. Many patients report an excellent experience, describing the staff as respectful, awesome, and treating them like somebody, with doctors and nurses who are professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. The dental team is also noted as great, very friendly, thorough, and genuinely caring. However, significant challenges exist with administrative functions. The front staff is often overwhelmed, leading to difficulties in reaching the office by phone, with calls and messages frequently not returned. This lack of responsiveness can frustrate patients who are desperate to schedule appointments. While some administrative staff are consistently good, the health professional staff tends to turn over quite a bit. Despite these operational issues, for many patients it remains a vital option, better than no option at all.
