Worst bank in the area. ATM deducted 2 of the exact same withdrawals for 1 transaction and made account a negative balance. I was then charged an overdraft fee on the withdrawal that didn't happen. When I called they were of NO help whatsoever. After several calls, I finally had the withdrawal refunded but they refused to refund the fee for their mistake. I was treated like I dirt at this bank . I would never recommend this bank. Any other bank anywhere would be a better choice.

Literally the worst attitudes out there. It’s Saturday close to 12 o’clock wanted some information for my daughter who is a senior for a savings account. got an attitude because apparently these workers don’t make money. They’re on volunteer time. Even the manager was snickering when he noticed the lady given me an attitude because I was like I just wanted information on a savings account We’ll go to PNC. I guarantee you PNC will have a better attitude And the fact that you have a branch a block and a half away from my house on a busy Saturday and don’t have it open tells me why you don’t have it open. Your customer care service sucks.
I said I was gonna call and talk to the manager, but he laughed so I figured the Google review would be the best way to go about it to warn people of their attitude and poor customer service

I went with my fiancé and her mom to this bank. All we needed to know was if she made any deposits into her account during the month of June. The lady who took us said that it was an impossible task. Which doesn’t make sense because it’s the bank’s job to keep such information.The lady then said that we would have to pay a large fee which was for “Research” in order to find this information, and that it would take multiple weeks. Idk who hired this bank teller, but it’s clear she needs some more training because if a bank teller can’t tell me my deposits, but my mobile app can in 2 seconds, what’s the point of keeping that bank? My fiancés mom is considering other options now simply because it’s hard to trust a bank that can’t even pull your information up or ask for extra money to do so.

The bank teller with the brown hair was extremely rude to me during my visit. I had a few questions and she would answer none of them. I don’t have an account here now but I certainly will not acquire one now.

Bad customer service. Tellers have attitude problems. Now they rarely even answer the phone. This branch sucks.
