Takes about 2-4 hrs to load each truck
Basically you’ll be there a while
10 trucks waiting to load when I arrived smh
I came 45 min early and left nearly 10hrs later
They have 10 docks and only use 1 purposely”

“This Costco location is good, I've been to lots of Costco warehouses across this country I was a truck driver at one time. Clear back to when it was Price Club and I first delivered there. Always good deals gas prices stable at a fairly lower than most. That's why I carry a card!”
“I ordered American Legion baseballs at 1:30 on Tuesday and they arrived Thursday at 11:30. Excellent service and fantastic delivery. Not to mention one of the best prices for AL branded baseballs.Western Forsyth Legion Baseball”
“Quick to load, only 45 mins. But it's a really old warehouse built back when trucks were much smaller so docking is really tight with a sleeper and 53ft trailer.”
“Spacious parking, should take your time when driving through this area. The intersection on W Steuben/Ingram can be a bit of a wait especially with heavier traffic.”
“I bought a 1980 400 ford motor for my 1 ton dump truck. They were easy to deal with and I had no communication problems. Got my motor in at the end of the month. I put it in and it is running great.”
“No overnight parking. Don't go early for your appointment. Lots of room to maneuver and get in the dock. People are super nice. Took 3 hours to unload, but it was a floor load going in.”

“I arrived at 4:30 pm for 5pm appointment was immediately sent to receiver and assigned a door hit dock about 4:50 got green light and had signed bills and out the gate by 6:10 pm my muss no fuss only possible negative thing was when I first drove up to guard shack they had me turn truck around and park on street and walk in just so they could tell me to go back to my truck and come right back in ?”
“Called in at midnight, the guy said they were slow enough to head in 34 hours early. He got me in a door within a couple hours and out within 5. Not bad for no appointment. Definitely a great experience”

Only issue is that capstone took forever to release me.
So if you get a green light after offloading is complete.
I'd walk up and ask capstone for an update.

“Wasn't real easy to find. Their trailer was very prominent but no one there. I had to call to hone in on actual location. They were very helpful from there guiding me next door to their location. Immediate service. They knew me by name and expected me. Directed me outside to loading dock where the folks were so customer service friendly and helpful. Overall good experience.”
