“We had several appliances fixed from koches and purchased several couple items from Kochs and never had a bad experience The last thing we purchased was a Bosch dishwasher after our Ge only after 5 years was done. I would never recommend a Bosch dishwasher to anyone We had several issues with it that were Kochs were unable to fix and the company Bosch wasn't any help either and it wasn't even 3 months old.After several service calls and trying everything Kochs appliances could do I spoke to the owner of the Company and what a tremendous experience this was .We talked about all the previous problems and possible fixes and He went above and beyond At the end of the day He removed the Bosch dishwasher and we picked out a similar priced Kichen Aid that we both agreed it would wash/clean /dry and have no smell Lol. We couldn't be happier with the end result It was a process but at the end Kochs did the right thing. (KEVIN) the owner is a true gentleman and we are Grateful and Thankful for this always. We would highly recommend this company for all your appliances. There entire staff and service team are pleasant and knowledgeable and we are Grateful and Thankful for all of them Thank you Kochs ?”

“Never really had an experience. Except one time, it was the 1st of the month, RAC was already calling me cause my payment was not received yet, at maybe 2 in the afternoon. That was a little strange.”
