Sam was such a great person to work with. Had an awesome experience. And got a great refrigerator!!

Never really had an experience. Except one time, it was the 1st of the month, RAC was already calling me cause my payment was not received yet, at maybe 2 in the afternoon. That was a little strange.

It's was very easy to find what I wanted and sign the paperwork on line. It doesn't get easier then this! I'm not a phone person and I don't like sales people. So this is perfect. No offense to anyone.
