If you go to this cricket, ask for Landon. He made switching carriers quick and painless. I was in and out, we had some good conversation in the small waiting periods and he responded to all of my questions with full descriptive answers. Ralph was great to deal with he was helpful and knowledgeable. He treated customers that came in with a smile and a hello even when helping me set up the new phone I got in mail.
