“Ralph is an absolute legend! He got me hooked up with a new phone, got everything completely transfered over and had my case and screen protector on as well. I didn't need to do a thing to it when I left sans sign into my apps. Special extra shout out. A customer came in who spoke no English. Ralph used his phone to communicate with the individual and helped get him a new phone as well and got him taken care of completely. Ralph is really all about the customer. He knows his product well and is really positive and upbeat.”

“Never really had an experience. Except one time, it was the 1st of the month, RAC was already calling me cause my payment was not received yet, at maybe 2 in the afternoon. That was a little strange.”
