“I had previously used the Morgantown, WV location and had to cancel as the state I was traveling to did not have a club in any location. It was a nightmare trying to cancel and the manager at that location completely lacked humility and was extremely disrespectful. Though I was only a member for just over a month they still charged the $49 annual fee for 12 months and refused to refund any of it. After arriving back in PA I reopened my membership at the Uniontown location. I just cannot say enough about Sari and the staff there. She was able to fix my account so I would not be charged the annual fee again until the next year it was due. She was so helpful, humble, and compassionate to my situation. She and the staff there are just amazing and so pleasant! I am unable to work out due to spinal disabilities and they have so many more options for me such as the relaxation pod with heat/scents and meditation videos, two hydra massage beds, two hydra massage chairs, etc. The club is well maintained and kept very clean. The only thing I would change would be to have paper towels available in the restrooms. I highly recommend this location! Thank you so much Sari!”
