“This October will mark 3 years since I first walked through the doors of CrossFit U-Town, and I can honestly say it has changed my life in more ways than I ever expected. About 8 months ago, my husband joined as well, and it’s been incredible to share this journey together. One of the things we love most is being able to bring our kids with us. They get to watch us work hard, set goals, overcome challenges, and cheer each other on. Seeing them become inspired by the athletes, coaches, and positive environment around them makes every workout even more meaningful. The coaches at CrossFit U-Town are truly amazing. They meet you where you are, encourage you to be your best, and help you realize you’re capable of so much more than you think. Because of their support, we’ve stepped outside our comfort zones, taken on competitions, and accomplished things we never imagined when we first started!! What makes this gym special isn’t just the workouts—it’s the people. Whether you’re celebrating a victory, struggling through a tough workout, or facing challenges outside the gym, there’s always someone ready to support you. The sense of community here is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. CrossFit U-Town has become so much more than a gym to our family. It’s a place where we’ve built friendships, found encouragement, and created memories with people who genuinely care about one another. “Truck driver friendly, I always try to park in back but not really possible at this location without walking really far, no signs out front and hopefully it stays that way, be respectful and park out of the way, don’t ruin the privilege. Hot shower and pretty much the nicest shower setup I’ve seen in the country, water fountain cold, all equipment up to par and clean. Very good location, thanks a lot!!”
