“Bill is one of the nicest most honest guys around. Ended up having to have an ignition interlock installed and serviced by him. Through the course of the year I had my car worked on by him a couple times a well. He went absolutely above and beyond to help me navigate the process and also in the work he did on my vehicle. He always explained everything and made sure I understood it. He answered all my calls and questions when he didn’t have to. He was able to squeeze me in the schedule in a couple emergency situations and he didn’t have to that either. The quality of his work is also exceptional. “It took two trips to tires + two trips to Ford. The fourth trip to this Ford quick Lane is the trip that got it fixed. The first two trips to tires plus and the first trip to Ford, (not the quick Lane), each time I told them the tire was out of balance I thought; and that I needed it to be taken off the rim, cleaned, re-balanced, and put back on the rim. Each time I was told either it was done or that it was another issue. None of the times it was actually done. The quick lane finally did it did it right and showed me a photo. Problem solved.The third trip, to Ford next door, they tried to convince me that my suspension was bad and that I need to spend almost $600. Quick Lane fixed the issue for $35.”
