“The people at Hampden Automotive are awesome! My car wouldn't start at 5am one weekday and I drive 2 hours to work. I called them at 5:20am to see if they could help me and someone came out at 5:45am to look at my vehicle. It needed to be jumped but I also needed a new battery. They told me to drop it off at the shop. I moved here a few months ago so no family or friends to help me. They loaned me a vehicle so I could get back home until it was fixed. Great customer service and they go above and beyond to help their customers! Reasonably priced mechanics and they do a fantastic job! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a mechanic! I am so grateful I found them! ??”
“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I used to work on my own vehicles so I know when a place tries to upsell or tell you that you need something when you may not. This place did not do that to me. They just simply recommended it and did not push the sale. One time I had a stripped bolt in a brake caliper and they did not try to sell me a new caliper. They actually were able to get the old bolt out, rethread it, put some lock tight and a lock washer on it for me. Saved me $800 at the dealer. Great work guys.”
“My daughter had recently purchased a 2019 Ford Focus with a CVT transmission. The shifting was never right and eventually it broke down completely. Emory in Camp Hill got her car in right away, worked with the warranty company, and got her transmission completely replaced in about a week and a half. Their service was professional and quote was spot on. There were no mystery add ons to the bill. Completely transparent service and fast and professional! Definitely recommend!!”
“I can’t say good enough about my car buying process at Bobby Rahal used outlet. Brendan was PHENOMENAL, I had a very specific/small budget and needed help finding what worked for me. He had me set up and ready to look at what would fit my budget 30 minutes after I called in. He is extremely kind and patient. Claire and Ragena were amazing working with my crappy credit score and history. I wasn’t even hoping to be able to get GAP but they got it in there! “A fantastic dealer experience at Turner Chevy!
A tale of 2 Dealers:
It began with AAA towing my vehicle to a nearby competitor dealer, “F” just about a mile away, and being neglected for 12 days - as this dealer never even called me to discuss the scheduled repairs, then said that they never received my car!!
We went in and found it right there on their lot in the locked cage, front row- neglected for 12 days!
I complained and received no apologies whatsoever!! Complete Wasted time - unprofessional FC.
Then - Turner Chevy came through and changed my opinion of dealing with dealers Repairs entirely!
From the estimate experience, to the loaner vehicle, to the speed of the repairs, I’ve never been more impressed!
Alyssa was awesome with communications as well!

“I had visited Hoffman Ford for the first time a few weeks ago. My husband had recommended them because he bought his truck from them and goes there for his service. Since I don't own a Ford and it's about 20 minutes away, I never bothered going, however after I had another horrible experience with Faulkner Toyota (only about 10 minutes away from me), I decided to give Hoffman a try.
I was SO pleased with everything! Not only was it easy to book online, but I also received amazing customer service from everyone that worked there. Not just bare minimum politeness, but they all went above and beyond and were very kind, thoughtful, and patient. I jokingly told my husband that I felt like royalty at the check-in/drop-off time. Everyone was so great, and I don't often see that top notch customer service anymore.
I didn't have to wait at all when I dropped off my car, the check-in experience was quick and seamless, and then the shuttle that I had scheduled to take me back home was ready and waiting for me.
I was given an estimate of when my car would be ready, received updates about my car throughout the day, and they stuck to their word and had it ready on time. I was very happily surprised to see that my car inspection was very affordable (it was actually about the same price for my inspection plus the needed windshield wipers with Hoffman as it was for just an oil change at Faulkner). I'm also glad that Hoffman didn't try to sell me things to make my bill higher.
Overall, I am very happy with everything at Hoffman, and even though it takes me a bit longer to get there than ideal, I will happily go a little out of my way if they continue to be this great each time.”

“Excellent experience purchasing a Used Mercedes-Benz. I was able to deal directly with the owner of the Dealership and he was very kind and accommodating and professional. During the test drive I noticed a slight noise coming from a suspension component on the driver side. He said that he would evaluate the vehicle himself and give me a call as soon as the issue was resolved. He called me within 4 hours and stated that he replaced the sway bar end link and that the car was good to go. Sure enough, all was perfect with the repair and we finalized the sale. Pricing was fair, service was timely and professional, the purchasing process was very smooth and I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a used car.”
