They also helped communicate with the rental company when they didn’t show up on time as expected, saving me the hassle entirely. “Let me start by saying the people at Wayne's Auto are top notch.But I went in with a simple spark plug issue but they saw I needed tires and so they recommended i'd get those done first just out of care and respect for their customer. (The tires and spark plugs were about the same in price so there was no cash grab much like a lot of other mechanic shops like to do.) So that shows that they value their customers as people not just income. And when I mentioned that I would need my car done by a certain time they made sure to get it done in a VERY timely manner which I grately appreciate and so for that I recommend anyone and everyone to go to Wayne's AutoI will be back for any bodywork and or mechanical work!!”

“I was driving from Harrisburg to York and I heard a loud noise in my truck. I was concerned to drive it any further so I stopped at Sheetz in New Cumberland. I called a few shops who were down right rude and did not want to give me the time of day. I called Leahys who were very courteous and asked me questions to see if I needed a tow. After talking with the mechanic we decided I could get the truck to their location safely, in which I did. It was a Friday afternoon at closing time and the mechanics took the time to go over my truck for me and make recommendations. When we decided I could take the truck home, I asked how much I owed and they didn’t want a dollar from me! As a small business owner, this meant more then words can explain. The mechanics were very knowledgeable and informative! I am happy to say I have built a relationship with them and know exactly where to take my vehicles to in the future! “Rick does a wonderful job. My car had inches of water in the bottom which came in through the trunk. Another detailer actually recommended Rick saying that Rick specialized in "water destruction." It took a long time to determine where the water was coming in and to get it fixed. I was also never big on taking care of my car before the water damage. My car was beyond disgusting. Rick promised me a new car and he was true to his promise. He got all of the mold, filth stains and smell out of the car and carpet. The outside and under the wheels look great. It was well worth the money even if not for the water damage and I think I am going to get him to clean my car on an annual basis. I love my new car and can't thank him enough. His service is wonderful A++++ and prices reasonable. Thanks you so much Rick.”

“I called Major's Select Collision at the instruction of a Maryland collision center where I had work completed in 2021. Brianna was so helpful and worked with me to find a convenient time for me to bring my vehicle in during my graduate school winter break. They were very kind about honoring the lifetime warranty on the work completed at at their sister facility. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. It turns out that the technician who installed the replacement rear door accidentally activated the manual child safety lock, preventing the door from operating properly. The waiting room was exceptionally clean, especially considering that this type of business involves a lot of messy liquids. I cannot comment on the cost or value of service, but I can say that the customer service was excellent. I would not hesitate to return in the future with any issues.”

The actual repair took less than 2 days, but it looks brand new. They also gave my car a good cleaning which was much appreciated!”

“I normally do not leave reviews, but this is the most impressed I’ve been by customer service in a long time. I had a chip in my windshield, and expected to pay to have the chip repaired as I hadn’t fulfilled my insurance deductible (when I had a chip previously, my insurance would not cover the repair since I had not fulfilled my deductible). When I arrived, my car was taken right into the service bay on time, and the desk associate asked why I wasn’t using insurance. I explained the situation and she asked if she could try contacting my insurance as she thought there was a new program that would cover the repair. She ended up getting the repair fully covered, and my service was complete within half an hour. This location works as fast as they can, for as little cost to the customer as possible. They were extremely friendly, had portable phone/outlet chargers, tray tables for people who might need to use a laptop/work while they wait, coffee and snacks, and beautiful Christmas decorations. As I mentioned, it was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time and I would definitely recommend this location.”

“I needed 4 tires put on my older Buick. I didn't want NEW. I wanted USED. Made an appointment for the next day. Got there @ 8:00. Was done in an hour. Very nice group of young men. Courteous and efficient. All 4 tires mounted and balanced for $180.00. Just what I wanted. I'm very pleased with my experience at JG Auto Tire Service. My only regret is that they are not in Carlisle. I had to drive into Harrisburg. Otherwise, five stars all around.”

“I cannot give this company a better review. I was traveling through Harrisburg on my way across Pennsylvania when I was on route 81 and my rear caliper on my jeep started to freeze up and smoke. I called Harrisburg auto and they said to come right over after I told them I was traveling through I needed to continue on my way. When I got to Harrisburg auto they took me in right away put my jeep up on the lift immediately diagnosed the caliper was bad and ordered a new one. They close from 1 o’clock till 2 o’clock in the afternoon and I got there around 12:40 PM. Me and my friends I was traveling with walked down the street to grab some lunch and then by the time we got back at 2:45 but jeep was already fully completed and ready to go. I wanna thank this company for their amazing service and professional attitude with fixing my jeep correctly and getting me back on the road safely. If you ever need an honest and reasonably priced auto shop in your in this area you should definitely use Harrisburg auto Center.”

Having to pay money twice to fix a same problem wasn’t a fun experience but Matt gave me a very fair price to repaint both doors on both sides of my car. After dropping off the car on Monday I got it back on Wednesday so the turnaround time is awesome. He did an amazing job, even have to clean up a whole mess that the other shop left behind. Also taking his time to answer any of my question before and after the job was done. I couldn't happier with the result. Thank You!”
