CVS Pharmacy is a convenient and reliable stop for essentials with a wide selection of health products and services. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and patient, working hard to complete prescriptions on time despite occasional staffing issues and backlog. The pharmacy itself is fantastic. While pharmacy wait times can vary and there have been isolated incidents of rude service, the overall customer service is great. The store is remodeling and adapting, making it a preferred pharmacy for many customers who will continue to return.
We are transferring from Rite Aid. CVS is taking it all in stride. They’re friendly and patient. In fact they are remodeling their pharmacy area which I’m sure is in response to all us Rite Aid customers. I believe as time goes on it’ll get much much easier.
