“This station gets 4 because it barely has anything except gas. In the old days this was probably pretty advanced for its time, having anything in addition to gas, but nowadays with Sheetz and Rutters as the new standard, this is somewhere to go for gas and tobacco products along with a few soft drink options. Nothing else, not even lottery tickets. They have air that takes credit cards. I don't know how much because I go to Weis or Sheetz for free air. If you live or work in Lemoyne this place is convenient and the prices are competitive.”

I have borderline personality disorder & was also going through nasty, insomnia fueled withdrawal from a medication that helps regulate my mood. I was overwhelmed, frightened & not acting like myself. That explains where my behavior came from, but it does not excuse the fact that I spoke to Dr. Teague rudely & unfairly. She did not deserve it. I apologized both in person & over the phone, but I also wanted to publicly acknowledge the extraordinary amount of compassion she showed me.

Dr. Teague holds an enormously important position there, not only as a pharmacist responsible for people’s health, but as the person leading an extremely skilled & capable staff. Even when the pharmacy is busy & people are stressed, her team handles complicated situations with patience, competence & humanity. That kind of staff does not happen by accident. It reflects very well on her leadership.

I also want to specifically recognize Harshita, who has helped me several times & has always been patient, kind & exceptionally helpful.

Dr. Teague had every reason to be frustrated with me, but she still treated me with dignity. I will not forget the grace she showed me during one of the most difficult periods of my life. CVS is incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Teague, Harshita & the rest of this pharmacy team.
