“I had above and beyond service tonight with Maddie. She was absolutely wonderful. I just had adopted a rescue pup and the foster was not sure what brand dog food she was on and did not provide enough to me to mix with my current dog food to help with an easy transition. I had three kibble of the foster's food left so we attempted to find the correct kind in the store. I was there probably an hour as she helped search and try everything she could possibly think of to find the correct match for my new pup so her stomach would not be upset with the switch over. I truly appreciated how much she cared and how hard she tried. I am very thankful and grateful for her assistance. I hope she is recognized for the exceptional and exemplary service that she was so kind to provide to me and my new pup. Thank you, Maddie!!!:)”
