“These employees don't realize how much this interaction meant to me, but I feel so compelled to leave a positive review. I am moving from NH to NC by car. During the journey my car has developed some problems and I have unexpectedly spent hundreds in hotel and mechanic fees. I am completely out of cash and have a money order I have been trying to cash in every state from NH to PA. Nobody has had enough money to fulfill the money order. I first went to a location up the street and instead of turning me away, the lady behind the desk called this location to ask if they would have enough and they did. They helped me so efficiently and now I will be able to sleep in a hotel tonight instead of in my car in the cold. I am so grateful to these staff.”

“Shoutout to Steve at the Etters post office!!!
He really went above and beyond. Earlier this week my @littlesleepies CARS pajamas for Cole were delivered to the wrong address. I contacted USPS and LS. Within hours I heard back from both. Steve at the post office took ownership to get my package delievered to me asap. He went out to the property it was delievered to multipe times, left notes for the homeowners to contact him. The people never reached out to him and weren't answering the door. I thought we would just be out these jammies (I know, 1st world problems) but because of Steve's determination he finally got the homeowners to answer and provide the package that they opened and looked through ?. And he took it back to the office, packaged it back up and made sure it was hand delivered to my door next business day. Shoutout to LS for making it right as well. Good customer service all around!

“I mail out packages 3 to 4 times a week and for the last 5 years in the area this post office is top notch. The gentleman in charge now is always courteous and friendly. For a small post office they take care of the customers. Should shut down the Middletown town dump or get this gentleman down there so he can show folks how a business is run correctly.”

She could have gave me a number of excuses and had me come back, but she made sure I got my package instead.”

“We went for a newborn passport during walk-in hours. The lady working there was professional and efficient. The walk-in hours are Tuesday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM. If you are there for a first-time passport or renewal, make sure to complete the appropriate application beforehand. Otherwise, they will not accept you during walk-in hours.”
“One of the better looking post offices I’ve ever been to. When I entered, the two women clerk were on their phones however I was able to get their attention and drop off. I could tell I was going to be hustled here,so I took my time and slowed them down.”
“I had a package delivery attempt today but they were unable to deliver because no one was home to sign for it. I called into the lewisberry post office and the woman on the phone helped me immediately and will be able to get my package tomorrow! Friendly and efficient service!”

“We drop packages off here for our Etsy shop several times a week. Most of the time we drop them in the bin and leave. Quick and easy. Once a month or so we have to pick up stamps or send a package. Their service seems to be as efficient as the customers ability to follow directions and be prepared.
I'd say the biggest issue here is parking. They only have one area of the parking lot with maybe 10 standard parking spots. There are another 3 up front next to handicap parking. Several times I had to park on the grass because everything was full.
Aside from the limited parking, I never had an issue using the standard services here.”
“As a business, we rely on the daily mail... both incoming and outgoing. After our completely awesome regular mail carrier (Bob) left, we really suffered. Our mail service became erratic. Sometimes we would only get one or two pieces of mail, or mail after hours, or mail shoved through the mail slot during business hours, or no mail at all for days. We're a business. We need someone to come in and check regularly for larger outgoing packages that will not fit into the outside blue mailbox. This went on for months. Then we got Lindsey! Her very first day she walked in and smiled; she said she'd take care of us and ANYTHING we needed, she would help us with. She also said she would be more than happy to swing back around and pick up any additional packages that we might have that needed to go out. Since she's been on our route, the mail comes regularly, reliably and with a smile - every day! She's everything a good postal carrier should be and more. She goes the extra mile. Thank you Lindsey! “Why is it that my daily Mail isn't delivered till after 5pm.I lived my house for 38 years and mail service to Herman Ave Lemoyne Pa is shameful the carrier puts mail below mailbox not in the mailbox the past several years only gets worse.Am I in the whenever it gets there. Postal service is a disgrace to the city.I am 74 years old and service is poor. I am not a second class person. Only want what others are getting mail from 9 am to 5 pm. It's been as late as 8-9 pm in winter or not at all
