“Bob was super helpful. I went in for a pair of Birkenstocks. He asked if I needed any help and then brought out a few colors of the style and size I needed. He even readjusted all the straps so they were my size when I tried them on. He was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I absolutely love my new pair of Birks. They are so comfy. I will definitely go back for another pair at some point.”
“By far this was the BEST shoe shopping experience ever!Carla listened to my foot saga of needing to add my own orthotics, wide enough for a thick warm sock, not rub my bunions or my high instep riddled with midfoot arthritis.I am used to settling for what fits and feels good but not having such an amazing selection of actual stylish shoes. Many times I have felt like my purchase was ugly but hey they fit and didn't hurt so I didn't have much choice. However, Carla was certain I could get great comfortable well as on trend fun shoes. I left with booties as well as the most comfortable Ava loafers that feel like clouds. They were having an Ava shoe special and a contest to give away a free pair. So I filled out an entry and headed home. I never win anything but...I got a call that night that I won and could come in to pick out any pair of Ava shoes or boots in stock!!Gotta say, I LOVE THIS STORE!!!”

“A few years ago, I ran into DXL one evening to buy my fiance a whole new wardrobe when a business trip sort of popped up.I walked out literally 45 minutes later with 2x jeans, 3x dress pants, 4x polo shirts, 1x belt and several other items. The woman who helped me was absolutely wonderful, and I wish I remembered her name because all of the items fit him beautifully, even the dress pants were perfect! I just ran in there and told her what I needed and she hooked me up STAT! I wanted to write this review because I know this store is moving, and I hope they move somewhere within the Harrisburg area because they are just wonderful!”
“I walked in to look at the new TruGuard Lite and was met with a wonderful lady who seemed to know her way around Redwing boots. She helped me decide if these boots were going to be a good match for my work. She also helped me figured out what to do with my old boots and why they were dry rotting and cracking. I did indeed walk out with the TruGuard Lite.”
“This was my 2nd visit to this place- My first time was at the beginning of the year…and the young man was amazing at his job and hearing what the foot dr had told me!So I returned to get more shoes! I had a different person help me…he was filling in and I believe his name was Tyler (if it’s incorrect I am very sorry!) and he was definitely just as much helpful as the first person! I didn’t know they have a 2nd location!I ended up getting the same brand and on sale bc the newer “version” (?) just came out! So I got those and the brooks 23. I have a carbon fiber plate I have to wear and the brooks 23…and brooks 22 feel great! I also got a pair of lock laces for the first time… love!!He was friendly and my experience both times were lgbtq friendly. Very helpful and enjoyed returning! I DO send my clients there for the quality service and shoes! Store was also clean with bright lighting. The one thing I would recommend…a brighter sign to find this location. It’s a hidden gem.”

“I'm so glad this place is around. WAY back when, I used to go to this store when it was in the Chambersburg mall and called Sea the Source. Still same great products and service. Quality stuff, great prices. If you like the Grateful Dead, this is your place for attire, and for most any band, TBH. Also lost of gaming stuff; card sets, dice, etc.I went there the other day and I got a new shirt. Same great place lots of fun good prices on the Grateful Dead merchandise. Owners nice guy”
“This store sells a nice selection of stylish, higher-end women's shoes. I found my favorite Naot sandals online and called the store to purchase. They kept me updated with the order status and it arrived as promised. The store hours are limited but the selection is much bigger than their other location. There's a HUGE sales room too.”

I even had luck with a 2nd pair.My feet haven't felt this good in a long time!I left my old shoes there because they send them off to be recycled into playground mulch.
