“My favorite farm market, and considering the incredible number of farmers markets in Lancaster County that's saying alot! A great variety of prepared foods, salads, frozen meals, fresh fruits and veggies, and fun things like uniquely flavored popcorn (try the chocolate peanut butter unless you have a peanut allergy, you will not regret it!). They've recently added an ice cream bar, serving milk shakes as well as scooped ice cream. The deli is one of my favorite places to get lunch when I'm working over that way. And the employees are friendly and helpful... always! Love this place and feel so blessed to have it so close to home!”

“This is probably one of my most favorite garden centers around. They have a great selection of hydrangeas and rhododendrons, not the same ones you see at every other garden center. Plants are clearly labeled. Staff is super helpful. Their plants are strong and have done really well in my garden. The good stuff does sell out so plan early!”

I love how everything is alphabetical and categorized, it made finding what I wanted easy. Their catalog is very helpful, detailed and descriptive which is very helpful in making a decision. “Perfect Pots in The Village is a lovely spot with beautiful scenery and thoughtfully curated items. The outdoor setup is charming and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing stroll and a bit of inspiration for your garden or home.
The selection of pots, plants, and decor was really nice, with a great mix of rustic and elegant pieces. You can tell a lot of care goes into the aesthetic and layout of the space.
The only thing that kept it from being a 5-star experience was the lack of a warm welcome. While the environment was beautiful, it would’ve been nice to feel a bit more acknowledged or greeted.
Still, it’s definitely worth a visit—especially if you love unique garden finds and scenic vibes!”
“My go to place for propane refilling, lawn care and garden supplies, pet food, bird seed, and so much more. The staff is professional and always has a smile on. Love that they can service my snow blower and mower too. Highly recommend”
“I had some questions about some problems I am having with my hedges during this constant heat and drought. Nathan was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient with every question and concern I had. I was impressed and encouraged that I could fix the problems and not continue to worry that I would lose them! Thank you Nathan!!!??. “Stauffers grocery has a very nice selection and some of the most beautifully organized shelves I’ve ever seen. It is clear the store values tidiness and care of the products they sell and it follows, their customers. If you want to get their sale prices, it is easy to input your phone number to become a member.
I appreciate the world market type of things, the fresh foods, and really enjoy their store-made Shepherd’s pie. Also enjoyed their in-store made zucchini-banana bread. They sell Pellman’s baked goods too - very tasty - best with freshest dates.
What I have noted on several occasions at the self-checkout area, where the customer service desk is located, is that some of their employees will stand and talk with each other, not acknowledging customers and this takes away from the store’s feel of care. Go ahead and talk a bit, have some fun at work of course, but be sure to keep eyes on the customers and appear approachable to assist. Once in the summer I interrupted two idly chatting store personnel that the plants out front were very dry, drooping and needed water. I was told the person who worked outside wasn’t there so it would have to wait until tomorrow. Said in a pleasant way.
In the back left of the store they have a great selection of greeting cards and napkins. In fact the whole far left has home products from furnishings to clothes and games. Fun to walk through.”
“If you ever have a paint project to do, talk to Tyler in the paint department. I was amazed at how helpful he was. He was so knowledgeable and made my project go so much smoother!!! He explained the different types of rollers and which one he would use. I never knew how much difference it makes using a better roller. If you need help with a paint project talk to Tyler!!!”
