“Where to start! I wish I could give a thousand stars. I am so extremely satisfied with my experience at Century Collision, and the world is a better place with people like Jon in it! I was hit and ran, and in need of a new front end. I would be paying out of pocket, and thus on the hunt for a reasonable price. I received a few quotes ranging in the couple thousand at other local body shops, with a turnaround of two weeks. I had the pleasure of finding Jon and his father’s shop on Google, attracted by the great reviews. Jon met with me in person, checked out my car’s damage and printed me out an itemized breakdown of each cost, explaining each line and ensuring I understood each step of the process. The costs were extremely fair and affordable for me, and estimated a 3 day turnaround! At drop-off, I inquired about my back spoiler and Jon provided an estimate and said he’d be able to complete both jobs in the same timeframe.
There is something special about Jon and his team, and I hope they all know that. He is patient, kind, and trustworthy. Traits that are truly rare and invaluable today ?? I kept gassing him up because I was just so appreciative and thankful that people like him still exist ?
My car was finished in 3 days. My car was given back to me in better shape than when I dropped it off; the inside was detailed and shined just as beautiful as the outside. They noticed my low tire pressure light was on, saw a tire had a nail and patched it for me. Prior to this, I thought my gauge was just broken as I didn’t see the nail!

We moved about 45 min away, so haven’t been back since, but after calling half a dozen auto places for my current needs (new tires), and getting runaround and attitude, I called AOK again and Tim was SO nice and upfront and quick about everything. “Great shop the only issue is that they use enterprise for rentals i had a extremely bad experience with enterprise falsely accusing me of stealing their car when the whole time they had the vehicle i had to call the cops to show the video on my phone proving i already left their vehicle with them on their property where they park all of the cars plus i know other people that's gone through worse i ask that if possible can caliber collision consider using another rental company”

My first interaction was when a deer hit my truck, and they were due to make body and frame repairs. Extremely professional and friendly, and I was happy with the process. I ended up having the truck totalled, but was pleased with the pre-work.
Second tine, I had a door repaired on my new truck after someone backed into it. They replaced with new door and blended with a great color match and good quality finish. I'm very pleased with the work.
I have used another local place before and that place had left masking tape on the car, and grit in the paint, so Caliber in Aston was a breath of fresh air of getting the job done right first time.
