“Relatively quiet place to live. Convenient to Rt 1, I95, grocery stores, schools, etc.

The office staff is friendly and accommodating. The Maintenance guys are also friendly and very polite. Only issue with Maintenance, is that they should wear name tags - you can go weeks, months before knowing what their name is....if ever.

If you need Maintenance, they come straight away, no long wait period. Various inspections are done several times a year (bug, which there are none; smoke detectors tested); and, they come to change HVAC filters several times a year.

Three issues -
(1) my appliance are old, my countertops are old, my carpet is old - nothing gets updated.
(2) Too many cars not enough parking spots. I've come home in the evening to find that I either had to park at the total opposite end of my street, or on a different street altogether - something needs to be done about parking situation. Tired of playing musical cars. I should be able to come home at any time during the week and/or weekends and know that there will be parking in front of my Unit where I can see my car and not stress about whether or not there will be convenient parking available when I get home.
(3) they do nothing for Sr Citizens - rent continues to go up, but Soc Sec checks do not!! They should cut Sr's a break and/or if you're here 10 yrs or more, show appreciation and maybe a small break as well. Nope - nothing!!

All-in-all, I do suppose it's a decent place to live.”

They are friendly, responsive, and take great care of the property. Whenever, I have an issue, they immediately respond to the work order and promptly take care of the issue. This has been a great place to connect to an amazing community. I would recommend Brittany Springs Apartments to anyone looking for a nice community to settle into for a few years.”
