Don't expect to get anyone to answer the phone; I waited almost an hour on the third attempt just to ask the location of the after-hours key drop. Great pricing for the Fourth of July weekend. “I recently rented a car from Newtown, PA for a return to a Manhattan NYC branch - unfortunately, there were some issues with the car I picked up from Newtown (no fault of any Enterprise employee or company - the car’s gas cap wouldn’t open so we were unable to fill the gas tank). The employees at the Newtown branch, Megan Durkot and Grace Hardesty, both went above and beyond to help us with this issue, such as calling a Mercedes Benz dealership to help troubleshoot, and ultimately got us quickly on our way with a different car when the issue couldn’t be resolved so we could make it home in time. They were so courteous and had a smile on their faces the entire time they were helping us despite the stressful situation they were dealing with, especially with multiple customers in the branch office at the time. Thank you Megan and Grace!”

“Lawrenceville enterprise is the best! Even if you don’t have a credit card, they will let you use a debit card with a nice little deposit. As someone who is struggling with serious health concerns, I needed a dependable vehicle to get to and from treatment. I recently purchased a vehicle from haldeman Ford Ford east Windsor and it exploded within 40 days of having it. So, one star for HALDEMAN and five stars for enterprise for saving the day. I get to live a bit longer because I have a dependable vehicle. The people there were so incredible Vicky and all the rest. John. The young lady that was there. Everybody was just so kind and warm to me it made me feel so happy and welcome. And hopeful for the first time in a long time. I’m currently in another rental at this time and I will go within enterprise forever. This late model, beautiful trailblazer is only about $300 for a week! Actually, less! Use Enterprise, they are incredible. And it’s not just the cars. It’s the people..”

The vehicle was clean, in great condition, and exactly as expected. The check-in and return process were quick and straightforward, with no pressure or surprises. You can tell this location is well run.
I especially want to call out the female staff member working there, she was outstanding. Friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, she made the entire experience easy and pleasant. It felt like she genuinely cared about getting everything right and making sure I was taken care of, which isn’t always a given with car rentals.
If you’re looking for a reliable, no-hassle rental experience, this Fairless Hills Enterprise location is a great choice. I would absolutely rent from here again and recommend it to anyone in the area.”
