The friendly staff in the Downingtown branch and Cierra Chapman in customer relations. Cierra helped me tremendously when she was in the Downingtown location and continues to help me since she has transferred to another office. “Even though we arrived at 4:30 pm and they close at 5pm, needing to open 3 checking and 3 savings accounts all 3 of the wonderful ladies working were so pleasant an professional and worked together as a team and by 4:58pm we were members and had our debit cards welcome bags and happily on our way.
