“Highly recommend Mort's TV! I bought a beautiful vintage receiver from them and early on, had an issue with a relay. I sent it back, and Mike fixed it right up without any hassle. The customer service was fantastic, and the receiver now operates beautifully. If you need honest, experienced electronics support or great vintage audio gear, this is the place to go!”

“I highly recommend Rick at Karl Business Machines for vintage typewriter service. I brought in two of my machines—a pink Royal Deluxe and a Remington 5—and the experience was fantastic. Rick was completely honest, letting me know they just needed a thorough servicing and that no costly repairs were actually necessary. It is rare to find that level of integrity and deep expertise. Both typewriters are running beautifully now, and I won't trust anyone else with my collection! Rick is a master craftsman and has become a friend whose advice and opinions I value.”

“Rob did a great job rehabbing my fender tube amp. I hadn't played it in a while and noticed someone spilled soda all down into it, including on the board. Also had loose jacks and tubes were toast. He cleaned it up, replaced the jacks and tubes, and biased it all for a really fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to take my amp back for any issues. Also, if I was in the market for an amp, I'd have him build me something quality and unique as his custom builds look cool / great.”

“I learned that my computer battery needed to be changed immediately in the fear that it would ruin my laptop. Debra and Pat took my computer in that same day so they could order the necessary part. I got my computer back the next business day so that it would not disrupt the business I needed to conduct with the help of my computer. I would definitely consider them again when I need computer help.”

“Dial is a place that can accommodate unusual and custom repairs. I brought in a 20+ year old tennis ball machine with a failing circuit board that needed hand-resoldering. Michael and his team brought it back to life, and went above and beyond to identify secondary issues with the controls, which they also resolved. They also checked out the motors and validated that they were in good working order (which I knew because they had just been replaced). Repair was done as promised on time. Price was fair for the work done, and recovered more value out of the machine than the cost to me.”

“DEAR PUBLIC: FOR A TIME, I HAD NOT SO NICE THINGS TO SAY ABOUT ANDALUSIA TV. I HAVE HAD TIME TO RECONSIDER MY POSITION AND AM NOW CHANGING MY OPINION, FOR THE BETTER. I MADE THE MISTAKE OF TALKING TO THEM, ABOUT THE REPAIR OF MY VERY OLD TELEVISION, AT A TIME IN MY LIFE, WHEN I WAS VERY SICK AND NOT THINKING PROPERLY. I DIDN'T GIVE ANDALUSIA TV ENOUGH TIME TO REPAIR MY SET AND WAS TOO SHORT TEMPERED, IN MY RESPONSES TO THEM. THEY WENT TO A GREAT DEAL OF TROUBLE TO TRY TO REPAIR MY OLD-STYLED TV SET. AT ONE POINT IN TIME, THEY OFFERED TO REPLACE, AT NO COST, ANOTHER SET. THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE AND I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. FRANK GRAVES 3/10/25.”
