“i usually work out in the mornings before work, and i have to say the morning staff is wonderful & helpful and always has smiles. ally, grace & claire are hard workers.
they always say hello and goodbye everytime. gym is always clean. when you tell them paper towels are out at a certain station, they come by and change it right away, they pick up after people who leave the weights on the floor and they have knowledge. if you need help with the machine, ally will walk over and show you how to use it properly. best staff & very respectful.”

“I've been a member of this gym for over a year and a half and can't say enough good things about it! Super clean, always open, equipment is very well maintained and the staff is fantastic. Dawn and Marianne greet you with a smile and by your second visit, they greet you by name! Very impressive. And ready to answer any questions you might have. Wide range of equipment: treadmills, elliptical machines, free weights, full range of Matrix machines and pulley machines and a ReAct machine. Unless you need a pool, this is the place to go to get in shape. You can also add in tanning and Hydro massage if you want. The membership comes in every age and size and is incredibly friendly and supportive of each other. I look forward to going in every time.”
