“It was my first time shopping for shoes here and I have found my new store for shoes as long as this place is open. The customer service was impeccable. No other shoe store has this same kind of service today. I really felt as if I stepped back to 1980 when the shoe salesman would sit you down, measure your feet, take the shoes out put the shoes on and tie them for you. It is amazing customer service and hopefully they will be around for many years to come. All the reviews on here are exactly what I experienced today. I normally do not leave reviews but this place
exceeded my expectations. Thank you and I will definitely be returning soon for another pair of shoes.”

“Every holiday season I go to Dogwood to purchase my son a new skateboard. I have no clue about skateboards but know it’s important to my son.
And every year the owner helps me purchase everything that is needed.
Unfortunately I don’t know his name but he’s kind, patient and extremely helpful. I’ll never go anywhere else to purchase a skateboard.

“I’m not sure why there’s so many bad reviews because multiple employees were welcoming and kind, others were busy which is to be expected. I had a pickup order and it was very quick and simple. The employee even made sure to show me the shoe sizes to make sure they were correct. The store was very organized and had a nice selection of items to choose from.”

The sales women brought out a few shoes in size 7 and placed them ontop the boxes so I really get a feel on what Ugg my gf would love. I ended up getting her cute brown slippers. “I don’t have enough words to express how amazing my experience in this store was!!! Julie is the BEST, she went above and beyond. I purchased 4 pairs of sandals taking advantage of the sales. The 4th pair was not the exact size and she asked me if I was sure these pair of sandals would fit me at the cashier. I didn’t even realize I picked a smaller size but she noticed it immediately. She said: ‘you have a 7, a 8 and another 7. This is a 6, why don’t you try them on again?’. They didn’t have my size so she called other stores, found them for me and shipped them to NY!!! She coordinated everything perfectly! Without her, I would have a small pair of sandals. She wrote a wonderful note in the shoe box that she has shipped and added 0.50 cents as this new pair was 0.50 cents less for some reasons. That was soooooo sweet!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Julie for your HARD work. They are lucky to have you! If I will travel there again it will the first store I will visit. :))) ?????? Mari”

“This location's map marker is wrong, tried to fix it. The shop is located in the Mercer Mall, at Shoprite's row, almost at the end in direction to Dress For Less. The shop is large with lots of clothes. They sell Carter's, Oshkosh, Bgosh, SkipHop and the other connected brands. They also provide pickup services for online orders. Since they located in Mercer Mall, the parking is not an issue.”

“I was looking to buy some sneakers brother for my brother birthday. When entering the store we received a warm welcome. Marcus walked over and ask if there was something he can help us find? He was very courteous and made sure he went out his way to help.. I came back the following day because the shoes were one size small. Marcus was working and the first thing he asked , how was the birthday party? The facts that he even remembered I was impressed! He even talked to my 6 year old Son about Madagascar lol. Marcus definitely made a connection with his customer and I really appreciate him helping us 😊”

“One of the best selection of shoes available in-person in the area, and the workers are always more than happy to help with whatever is needed to find what you're looking for. The store has an ESPN tv and a Disney JR tv too to keep family busy while others shop. Orders can be made in store where in-person stock is lacking and shipping is usually only a couple/few business days. If you're ever unsure on hours, they do answer the phone regularly for assistance and can even check stock at multiple locations for you <3”
“This store and it's staff are OUTSTANDING! My son has wanted airforce 1 sneakers for months. His Birthday is today 7/26 so yesterday I told him let's go to Kids Foot Locker at the mall. I signed up to get coupons and knew that it would save me some money esp since I have 5 kids that go through sneakers FAST. Naomi was super sweet and helpful and when I could not find any of my coupons she informed the manager and they took good care of us so we were able to not only get the sneakers but also a pair of the SUPER POPULAR (ethika) Underwear. Very happy with the selection, customer care and the cleanliness of the store.”
“I want to thank the manager, Andy. I went on Saturday to get a suit for my son, Andy and the lady that works there helped me look for one. On the day for pick up, there was a mistake in one of the measurements and the manager, Andy, took care of the issue on the same day, I was able to leave happy and satisfied. When shopping, ask for the lady and Andy, he is very professional and gave a great price. I highly recommend.”

“I just learned that Nike products are NOT included in any promos like the bogo deal. The woman that checked me out said nike wouldnt agree to send them shoes if they had to comply with the promos ?. So hopefully this is helpful to others to know before you go. ?
