they like too blame their carriers when ppl on their routes can’t own or train dogs properly. how they can let supervisors who couldn’t even make it at the jobs they tell their carriers how to do as well is beyond me. #LostInNewJersey
7/24/25- why did a supervisor deny a carrier some free water this morning? it’s the summer time, someone downtown needs to look into the incompetent, vindictive people who run this place

Totally disgusted with the management up there for two years I have been getting the runaround. My mail is not being forwarded to my PO Box and I have packages that have been missing and never found this office needs to be investigated.

When you go in there, the employees aren’t friendly. When you try to ask for help with anything, it feels like they don’t want to assist you and that you’re just getting in their way. It was an awful experience! I just don’t understand why people working in places like this have to act that way.

This location is incredibly convenient, but the parking lot is an awkwardly narrow shape, slightly treacherous, and the building is crumbling to the ground. They've done a lot recently to reduce unwanted loitering and there's a bus stop directly out front if you need to take public transport.
That said, they have a large PO Box area which is accessible after closing, they process passports inside (appointment required) along with a usually well stocked mailing material area.
The staff is generally knowledgeable - although that knowledge has been dwindling over the years - but they're all absolutely miserable. They are efficient and usually very good to move the line along, but don't expect a smile or even a hello. It's also shocking if there's actually more than one worker at the counter.
Bottom line, they're a large and efficient Post Office, but it's best to have some knowledge about what you need ahead of time; expect a wait and a grumpy face.

I went in to buy stamps 2 packs of 20. The white old lady says each stamp is 73 cents. Turns out each stamp is $1.01. Now they won’t let me return them either. Don’t get scammed buy these idiots.

I have never been to a place with such attitude towards the customers they lost my application 19 days when I paid to expedite my passport should only take 14 to 21 days very unhappy customer

Does the self service machine work? Not usually.
Is the staff helpful? Depends on who you get.

no one ever answers the phone,, rescheduled delivery for following day.. and didn’t come! 4 days later here i sit no package website has that i rescheduled delivery for that following day that was 4 days ago ,,, can’t get anyone on phone. how is this allowed ? no accountability . things are needed and where are you ?

Workers are too lazy to take 5 minutes to look for a package. Manager was too lazy as well, funny considering you had 2 workers just standing there talking trash about another worker. Plus if it got thrown into another bin on accident like you said then check the other bin, instead of standing there doing nothing.

I received a package mailed from this USPS origin, approximately an hour away by drive time. It took 6 business days to reach me because the tracking number that was created for it was never physically applied to it by any means.
When I called this origin, the employee that answered came across as both disoriented and disinterested when I plainly stated that I had received a missing package that had a claim filed by the sender.

My experience with the passport services was good. The young man helping me in the morning worked fast and precise and was also polite. My interactions with the rest of the staff were also good they were all willing to help.
