“I had a great experience with Matt from Prime Storage who helped me setup my unit. For some reason I couldn't locate it being my first time in there. But Matt went out of his way to help me find it.
Everything about Prime Storage is great right from prices and the sign up which is completely automated. The units are all on one level and easily accessible/ you can drive right up to them.”
“This is the cheapest and nicest storage unit place ive rented from. I did try to stop in today to pay for my storage unit around 5 but they were closed. The only hours I see says they are open until 10. What are the hours for the office?”
“So far so good with this place. The units are clean and well kept. They have a really efficient check-in process and it's in a great area. I was able to obtain my specific unit(s) way lower than current market value and it being a steal I grabbed a double unit priced as one. Apparently the rent is subject to change every six to nine months and I didn't read the fine print on that, so I was shocked to see my rent go up a significant amount. Apparently this is the industry standard, but after speaking with Heather on the phone, she was able to negotiate with her higher-ups to have the increase be very minimal. She was very fast and responded quickly after she got approval. I was very grateful for that and will continue to be a consistent tenant because of it.
Would definitely recommend this spot for any storage needs!”

“I had a great experience renting a storage unit here. From the time I moved in until I moved out, I had no issues at all. The facility was well-maintained, and everything went smoothly throughout my rental.
When it was time to move out, Brenda, the manager, was incredibly helpful. She made the entire move-out process quick, easy, and stress-free. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made a great impression. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a hassle-free storage experience!

“They were quick to get me set up and the most reasonably priced service in the area which was what I was looking for next to good reviews that there weren't rodents or dampness. When I got to my storage unit that they assigned me, there was no lock on it. Inside was someone else's stuff. I called the unit and in 10 minutes they got me a new storage unit close by and I was ready to go. I appreciate that they valued my time and got it done quickly.”
“I really enjoyed meeting Heather at ExtraSpace Storage. She was friendly and knowledgeable and she gave us a good tour of several units that were available. All storage units were clean and larger than I expected. It is well ventilated for climate control. I am wishing Heather good luck on her pie quest.”

We used Davcon Relocation Services recently for a move to Strasburg. The Davcon team as A+++. They were impressive- professional, efficient, and . But wait! It gets better! They were remarkably courteous. Even at the end of the day when they were tired and dripping in sweat, they were patient and respectful as we figured out where everything went. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you call Dave and Connie if you need any movers.”

The site itself will call you numerous times along the way to ensure you have all the right documents to get the parking spot you requested. The site itself is clean and easily accessible, plenty of parking available. I feel my camper is secure parking with storage sense and highly recommend this to anyone looking for an extra large outdoor parking space”

I recently moved to Harrisburg from another state, and honestly, the whole move was pretty stressful. It was my first time renting a U-Haul truck with an auto transport trailer, and even though I’ve been driving for many years, driving that kind of truck and trailer was not easy at all. Since I was moving by myself, there were a lot of details to deal with.
