“We were traveling through Lewisburg last month and started having front end vibration in the car. We searched for a repair shop online and found Bastian. They were able to get us in immediately. Bastian found loose lug nuts on both front wheels (that had not been properly tightened during previous repairs). Bastian tightened the lug nuts, inspected the previous front end repairs and checked all tire pressures. We were in and out in about 1.5 hours and completed our trip home to NC with no further issues. These folks cared and took the time to make sure we were safe for the remainder of our trip. Take today: one of the tires I bought almost 2 years ago has been losing a little air off and on for two or three weeks. I called to ask about coming in, and they told me to just stop by, no appointment needed to check on it. Turns out with the cold air and my driving, it was a simple matter of resetting the bead and I am good to go. But just for extra safety, they looked over all four of my tires before checking me out. I have the tire assurance insurance, so no charge. These guys are the best, always professional and going the extra mile, quite literally sometimes when they run me to and from work I'd a longer repair is needed.”

“I can't say enough about this place. When I got to my car after work one day I noticed one of my tires was flat. I had a 12 volt pump so i was able to put some air in but could hear it leaking out. I was able to make the 10 mile drive to Kost. I got there a little after 530. They close at 6. I told them the situation. They said "no problem, we'll get you fixed right up." I took a seat and about 10 minutes later they let me know that I was all fixed up and ready to go. I got up to go pay and the guy behind the counter said "you're all set, no charge." I couldn't thank them enough. I know plugging a tire is a cheap repair to do but still figured I'd be paying 25 bucks or so. Not charging me to fix my tire so close to the holidays when every penny counts, served as a much needed reminded that there are still good people and businesses out there. Thank you Kost Tire. I need new tires soon for my other vehicle and I'll definitely be going there to get them. Thanks again!”
