“I have always used Parsons towing every single time since the beginning of my car owner/break down experience and I have never had any issues or problems with them!They bill my Insurance company for the Tow and I don’t have to do anything at all besides call them to let them know where is is to get picked up and where to take it to get it fixed!Simple process that anyone could do!Extremely reliable no matter what the weather may be!Recommend 100 %”

“I bought bottles of AC Coolant earlier that afternoon, idk im a wash, but i came back to voice concerns , y'now ask a worker.
The first worker was dismissive, possibly a bit condescending, most importantly it felt like she wasnt offering solutions.
Thank Goodness another worker Nick K. 🙌🏽 another worker totally heard me out, explained where I messed up, and set me straight.
The manager was also incredibly nice to my son, and knowledgeable. It's rough cause it's a mix bag, i want to give this place a 5 :/”

“Amazing place!!! They have tons of parts for old vehicles, mostly cars. You walk in and ask for what you need and the old guy will scratch his head and point somewhere and say it’s right over there against the wall! Then you weave your way through everything that’s stacked on the shelves and sure enough, you see what you’re looking for!! Or else he’ll disappear into the warehouse and then reappear with what you need! Very old school place but have lots of parts. Then he’ll look at the parts you got and think a little bit and say $20 for everything, which would be half the price of anything you’d get anywhere else! It’s just absolutely insane how many old parts are there!!”
“Called in the morning for brake pads for my truck. They said they would have them on hand by 3PM. I called at 4PM and they had the parts for me so I went and picked them up. Nothing to complain about. Folks working there are very helpful and do what they say they’re going to do. What more can you ask?”
