“I bought a chain necklace years ago at JCPenney. I got the lifetime warranty. The clasp would open while I was wearing it and I almost lost the charms on it a few times. Took it back to JCPenney to have the clasp replaced or fixed. They called it would cost $82 to put a lobster claw on it. I said no. Then they called and said it couldn't be fixed. My boyfriend took it to Roger's. They put a 14 carat lobster claw clasp on it for $15 and did it while he waited. He said the husband and wife were both very friendly and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend them.”
