“I wish there were 10 Stars to rate this Company - that's how good they are! I found 3D accidentally; they are located next to the medical building where I see both a doctor and a physical therapist. Needing some body work on my vehicle, I stopped in after my PT one day. My intention was to make an appointment for a repair estimate; however, that day I had the good fortune to meet 3D's Rob Mestichelli, 3D Customer Service Rep who was manning the office. Rather than make me return another time for the estimate, he finished what he was doing, and proceeded to help me. Not only did he help with me the estimate, but also with navigating the claims process with my insurance company and securing a rental with Enterprise, located directly across the street. The very next day I had an appt. for my vehicle's repairs to begin - thanks in large part to Rob's courteousness, knowledge, customer service skills, and assistance above and beyond! He truly is a consummate professional.
During the four days my car was in the shop I received daily updates on repair progress - either by phone or by text message. The day before the work was to be completed, I received an automated text informing me that the work was over 50% complete, and that it would be ready for pick up the next business day, as promised. The level of communication between 3D and its customers is exceptional.
When I arrived to pick up my car the next afternoon, it was sitting in front of the shop - looking as good as the day I drove off the dealer's lot when I purchased the car two years prior. I could not have been more pleased with the attention to detail which Rob and his crew provided while my vehicle was at 3D. It was clear as day that they wanted to ensure that I would be a happy customer when the work was complete.
I read a couple of the almost non-existent negative reviews here on Google, and I am truly baffled by the claims they make. It is no wonder that the 5 star reviews far, far, far outweigh the others. “I have been taking my 2016 LR Discovery Sport to Mainline JLR for years now. Their team is honest. They are professional and have always done an amazing job. I’ve had to have recommended things on my vehicle replaced, that I replaced myself: they were always spot on and honest with what was needed to be replaced/repaired. My LR has 138K miles. I’ve had some issues within those miles (mostly stemming from a tank of bad fuel that caused some issues). Otherwise normal wear and tear and I’ve always had an amazing experience when working with the JLR Mainline Team. Cannot say more wonderful things. Highly recommend Team JLR Mainline if you have a Land Rover or Jaguar in need of service. Wonderful and professional!”

My first interaction was when a deer hit my truck, and they were due to make body and frame repairs. Extremely professional and friendly, and I was happy with the process. I ended up having the truck totalled, but was pleased with the pre-work.
Second tine, I had a door repaired on my new truck after someone backed into it. They replaced with new door and blended with a great color match and good quality finish. I'm very pleased with the work.
I have used another local place before and that place had left masking tape on the car, and grit in the paint, so Caliber in Aston was a breath of fresh air of getting the job done right first time.

“5 stars really are not enough to Rate This Dealership. In todays world we all know that customer service is a rarity, most places make it seem like they are doing you a favor even though you are paying them. Ferrari of Philadelphia is an exception. Our experience from start to finish (and after) was exceptional, we were interested in a Used Corvette stingray that a customer traded into them, they treated us like we came to buy a $750K Ferrari. They didn't hassle us on the price we offered they were fair, upfront and very accommodating. Patrick in sales was exceptional, You get that he loves cars right away, loves working there and is all about getting the customer exactly what they want. Our car was sold as is because it was a bit older (they did offer extended warranties) and later after the purchase we noticed an issue with the dash Leather, someone had tried to repair it previously and it didn't look great, Patrick and the dealership immidiately said they would get it totally recovered for us and take care of it, Really this kind of dedication to the customer is unheard of these days. Also George is great in sales, such a genuinely nice guy, i would stay longer at the dealership to talk to them just because i enjoyed it, usually i can't wait to get away from car sales people. Hopefully one day i'll be back for an F8!! I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from them, thanks again.”
