This CVS pharmacy is nice enough and generally provides good customer service. The pharmacy staff works with customers on coupons and is very timely in getting prescriptions filled. They are friendly, fast, and can manage complicated insurance and prescription issues with great competence, described by some as absolutely wonderful and the most professional they have interacted with. Customers very rarely have issues with getting prescriptions on time. However, experiences at the front of the store can be a totally different story. One staff member there is repeatedly described as incredibly mean, always very annoyed, and rude, making customers feel bad. This is especially noted during transactions involving coupons, which can be an annoying process. While the pharmacy staff is helpful, one gentlemen pharmacist can be very short, with no sense of humor and very standoffish, like he can't be bothered. Some operational issues exist, such as refills needing doctor approval sometimes getting lost in translation when handled through the app versus a phone call. Overall, while the store is considered pretty good and sometimes excellent, the inconsistent staff attitudes at the front counter significantly impact the experience for some customers.
Staff are always pleasant and the store is clean. Pharmacy is good at refilling when prescriptions are due.
