“After a traumatizing experience at a different vet due to too much anesthesia and my dog going into cardiac arrest as a result, a neighbor recommended Green Lane for future services. My dog is not the easiest to take to the vet, as she hated the old vet touching her. She had better results at Green Lane when we took her in for check ups, as she let the vets touch her and was friendly towards them. The ladies are all very sweet and helpful with answering questions. When it came time for a needed surgery, Dr. Neff was empathetic and understood our family's anxiety about our dog going under and did provide recommendations for specialty hospitals to weigh out some options for treatment. I was not a fan of the 2 I checked out, so I consulted again with Dr. Neff. She was very confident in working on my dog, and out of the other speciality hospitals I interviewed, she was the only one who was able to go into detail on her anesthesia process during surgery. We felt better taking her in this time as we were given pre-meds. The surgery went very smooth, and I was so happy when she called me to give me good news. I will recommend Green Lane to anyone who asks, and deeply appreciate everything they did for my dog. Fees are also very reasonable for all of the services they provide. Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything! You are the best!”

“What a great animal hospital. I'd visited with a friend and then returned with my own dog. My dog was very nervous and didn't like being touched. Everybody was so nice about it, and helped us reschedule. When we returned, she did great, and once again the vet and the technicians were so nice and very informative! And, I don't want to miss the front desk staff - super nice as well. Love this place. Thanks for taking such good care of our dog and us.”
“I’ve been with SV for about three years now. I had two cats who were seen regularly. Appointments are easy to schedule and the front desk staff is kind and helpful. I’ve seen a few different doctors, vet techs, and support staff over the years. I have not one complaint. When we had to let my 18 year old cat go, they did it with compassion, dignity and respect. We all worked really hard to give that old man a great quality of life.
Our other cat, also about 18, has needed more and more care-recently an emergent appointment that was scheduled, and then she was in a room being seen, within an hour and a half. I was very grateful.
They have also given us samples of foods and products to test (as not to waste money if my cat wouldn’t eat it). Prices are reasonable. I truly recommend them. Good peoples.”

“Last Thursday my worst nightmare happened. My five year old dog went in for a foreign body surgery at our regular vet and it turned out to actually be a hole in her duodenum, which required specialized surgery that her vet had never done before. We were sent to Metro where we met Dr. Guant who was very compassionate towards my husband, myself, and our dog Laika. He explained what was going to happen, gave the estimate, and thoroughly answered our questions. We felt very comfortable leaving Laika there and driving the hour home.
After surgery, her surgeon Dr. LK gave us hopeful but guarded news about our pup. He seemed very confident that the procedure itself went well but she needed to be monitored after being septic, and he was able to do a less invasive procedure rather than a resection. Again, we were so worried for her but so thankful she had access to this specialist who did what was best for her.
The next several days she spent time with criticalists Dr. Tumielewics and Dr. Morgan who were very accommodating to our daily visits and questions. We were always sad to leave her there but the doctors were fantastic. They both are very knowledgeable and had solutions to the various issues that popped up post op.
The nurses that worked with laika were also amazing. Laura and Jessi (and I’m sure others!) spent so much time with our dog who had never been away from home without us. Laika is a sensitive dog who spends most of her time with us or her dog siblings, so imaging her alone in her run was so hard. Thankfully we got daily updates on Laika’s snack times and snuggle sessions. Jessi also listened to me sob on the phone after having an especially tough update earlier in the week. I’ll be forever grateful for their compassion.
The front desk also was always very sweet and helpful! I witnessed them not only help me in this stressful time, but many other scared and emotional families. This is a very hard job, but the team at metro still steps up to the plate every day to help pets and families in need.”

I travel 40+ minutes each way to see Dr. Klein and the team (with 2 vets literally within 2 miles of my home) because of the relationship I have with this office and excellent care Animal Medical Center consistently extends to me and my pet.”

“I had never been to this Petco location before but I'm extremely glad I decided to get my sheltie groomed here! Autumn the groomer was extremely patient with my high strung dog. While I was waiting I did some browsing for a lead and a sales associate named Kai came to me immediately to offer assistance. Needless to say the employees are super friendly and do an amazing job grooming! I will be returning :)”

We were seen first thing on Thursday by Vet Tech, Elizabeth, and Dr. Porter. X-rays were taken, meds were prescribed. Missy received a comprehensive diagnosis and care. She is taking her meds, eating and improving everyday. I’m so thankful for the wonderful care and support I received.”
